Sleepless night due to road and aircon noise
Pros:

New remodelling looks clean and nice. Beds are large and comfortable. Queuing size beds were proper queen size, and not what one can normally find in a hotel. Staff was very responsive.

Cons:

We could not sleep because of noise from the road and extremely load air conditioner. It was almost impossible to sleep without running air conditioner due to heat, but at the same time the noise even on a low setting was insane. All sounds from the road were also well heard and the road is right next to the hotel: all motorcycles, street racers, load music vehicles, talking people. We were having a pitstop between a long journey and really needed our sleep. We could not get any sleep, which was quite unfortunate. If you are not sensitive to noise, it is a good place to stay, otherwise I would advise to search for a different location.

It is tolerable.
Pros:

Staff was really nice.

Cons:

Did not like the shower. No chairs or tables in room. Did not come make the bed or clean the room. Way too expensive.

Great beds, clean rooms!

Great little hotel

Pros:

The reason I gave a 5 is this Boutique Hotel is outstanding from the reservation to the smiles of hospitality. I love the way they communicate with us, whether it’s a phone call or a text to make sure if anything is needed. The privacy shown whether you want your room refreshed or not is an option I something I appreciate. To all the girls and guy who took care of us. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at the Angoria in San Angelo. The property is charming and thoughtfully maintained — everything felt fresh, clean, and inviting. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, which made the experience even better.

Surprise Boutique Escape in San Angelo

So impressed by this gem in San Angelo. I needed a place to rest during a cross-state drive, and I’m so glad I ended up at the Angoria. The hotel feels more like a European boutique property than a small Texas motel — clean, modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed.

I arrived at 2 AM, and the contactless check-in was unbelievably easy. Within minutes, I was in my room with zero hassle. The next morning, I met some of the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and attentive — truly great Texas hospitality. The property also has some great extras: a fun bar, a relaxed 2nd-floor lounge, and a nice pool that’s perfect for unwinding.

My room was extremely comfortable, with cozy bedding and modern finishes. The location is perfect too — just a short walk to the town square, and San Angelo itself has such a cool, unexpected vibe. I’ll definitely stay here again!
