Wonderful stay with staff that makes you feel like family
Pros:

We got in late to the hotel and the woman who greeted us was the most kind person, I think she possibly could’ve been a manager but I was exhausted from the drive and completely didn’t catch her name but she deserves recognition. She was awesome! So sweet, gave us so many recommendations of things to do in the area. A lot of times these days, front desk staff aren’t always what they used to be as far as customer service goes and interacting with customers.. nicely. But this woman was exceptional and she deserves to be recognized! We were in town for an obstacle race and plan to go back again next year and I will absolutely be booking with this hotel again solely due to how great of an interaction we had with staff initially, it completely set the tone for our stay. And aside from the wonderful staff, the hotel was lovely. Clean, nice facilities, comfy beds, hotel room stayed cool all night, all was great! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Convenient location

Cons:

Distracted desk staff. Waited 5 minutes for desk clerk to check us in. He finally saw us, came out of the gaming room and asked if we were checking in. Wife asked a question about the "guest pantry" and received a curt reply of "that's all we got".
Ripped up sofa cushion in the room.
Badly written signage.
Door hang left on hallway floor for days without being picked up.
A No Guns policy posted on the bar room door? Really?

We loved the place overall it was exceptional
Pros:

It was clean and very nice. The room was super comfortable. Pillows could have been a little better but overall a wonderful place

Next time will look for an alternative.
Pros:

Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, extra blankets and pillows provided.

Cons:

Front desk clerk was borderline rude. No leeway for checking in early. Several breakfast items were only available weekends, and our large group of many rooms was there mid-week even though the block was rented in advance.

Older hotel middle of the road. Has a good location.
Pros:

Breakfast not very good. Only serve eggs and sausage on weekends. That eggs and sausage was not very good.

Cons:

Older hotel could use some updating.
