Won’t be seeing me again.

I didn’t really like anything in particular.

Cons:

I’m just irritated because yall took a $25 damage deposit at check-in claiming if get it back after checkout. It’s been over a full month and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I was barely even in the room being that I was at work most of the time so where the damages at? The room was stankin because the whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke & it looked dirty. Why exactly was the water standing up in the rub? And a dried up roach on the floor? Like let’s be fr.

My most horrible experience at a hotel
Pros:

I only liked that it had a full fridge.

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude and came off as racist. I was there with my boyfriend and our four younger children and was told that we needed to spilt up. They also do inspections everyday regardless if you need room service or not. They complained about us having our ps5 and air fryer, they said it was a fire hazard. I need to extend and was told I could only extend if I pay for two rooms. I informed her that my children were too young to be spilt from us. They would have forced me to be in one room by myself with all my kids but they did not care so we left to go to another hotel where they allowed us to all be together with no complaints. Everyday somebody was yelling at staff in the halls and the staff would always stand and stare us down. I only stayed three nights. The day I went to return my key it was other customers down there begging to be let in their rooms to finish checking out but they locked all cards 20 mins before checkout. The man told them to call the police in order to get that stuff it was really sad.

It was very noisy. The white towels all had stains. The bed was itchy. The environment was uncomfortable. The staff lacked customer service. The building was creaky and I couldn’t sleep.

Will sleep outside before I go back to those people.
Pros:

The staff there are very rude and unhelpful. We decided before we got to room that we weren't ever coming back. We decided to leave after they started vacuuming at 8:00 PM outside our door. We wasted money. I guess that's how you act when you come to this country and your given money to open a business.
