Room was clean

Cons:

The "mandatory" room checks every day. I have worked hospitality before and by law it's illegal to enter a guests room with the DND sign on the door.

I was in an emergency and was treated like garbage by your employee.
Pros:

The room itself was decent and worth the money.

Cons:

The tub was disgusting and one "main" staff member was horrible!!! She was disgustingly rude. She also refused to give me her name, so no way to let you know who it was. The other two employees I interacted with were great. But one "lady" was extremely rude and unprofessional! She is the only reason that I will never stay there again!!!
