Pros:

Close to airport, hotel provides airport shuttle. Staff are amazing, so kind. Room was clean.
Very secure. Need room key to get beyond 2nd floor.

Cons:

We like soft beds... this one was not soft. We hardly ever find beds were love. Pillows were spot on though.

Hotel seemed very clean aside from toilet flooding.
Pros:

Check in Rep very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Woke up Monday morning to flooded bathroom due to toilet 2 floors above per gentleman at desk. This caused us to have to check out very early. When we did, the flooding wasn't even acknowledged--not even a "sorry for your inconvenience."

Muy bueno si tienes que estar de paso en Fort Lauderdale
Pros:

El hotel tiene muy buen diseño.
Sus habitaciones son amplias. Las camas grandes y cómodas.
Es ideal si estás de paso y necesitas cercanía al aeropuerto o al puerto.

Cons:

El baño es demasiado abierto e integrado a la habitación. La puerta a donde esta el inodoro es corrediza por lo que no es hermética. Esto significa mayor ruido y olores.
No lo recomiendo si vas con personas que no son de tu confianza.

Served it's purpose, warm bed.
Pros:

The location was very close to the airport. That was probably the only thing I liked.

Cons:

The older lady at the front desk had an attitude. She was speaking to me in a very condescending manner. I didn't appreciate that she didn't even take the time to try and help us. All we wanted was to get some rest and perhaps something to eat, we've had a terrible day at the airport. Her attitude added to our already bad day. She needs a customer service refresher course.
