Pros:

The staff were friendly and the bar was good. Great location for the port.

Cons:

The transfer to port lady was rude. The breakfast was very expensive and disgusting.

Clean and convenient. - I would recommend
Pros:

We booked the corner room. Had brilliant views. Great hotel and not a million miles away from the cruise port.

I got the cinnamon roll with cream cheese, but there was no cream cheese on it, and it was as hard as a rock. I could only eat the outer edges.

Excellent place for short stays
Pros:

The hotel was very close to the airport and cruise port. It offered good amenities and very nice clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were true professionals and friendly.

Cons:

The area around the hotel doesn't offer much to see or do.

Pros:

The property has an excellent location near the airport and cruise ports. The facilities were clean and they have a company that offer transportation to the port. The service was excellent.

Pros:

Okay stay
Pros:

Location to cruise docks.

Cons:

Light fixtures didn't work, no fan un the bathroom, no hot tub, no separation between bedroom and bathroom, turn on one light and the whole room is lit, a little cramped.

Just average. Not worth the amount of money we paid.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The front staff were friendly except one lady who was less than unpleasant. She told us the wrong check out time and she was rude when I asked to add our Marriott number to the reservation. She didn’t smile once as she had a hard core RBF. It didn’t feel warm and cozy but instead afraid to ask a simple question.

The shower would make a large rattling noise when you turned it on, as if someone was drilling in the wall behind you.

Location wasn’t the best area. And no option to self park.

Pros:

Location to airport and cruise port.

Cons:

Over priced. Couldn't get our same room as last year. Room needed vacuum. Towels were painful on the skin. Blonde lady at front desk couldn't be more unfriendly . Will try another hotel next time.
