Disappointed
Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

I am going to be honest I was very disappointed with my stay. First of all I paid quite a lot of money per night and when I got to the room half of the lights weren’t working, shower gel container was empty I had to call to have it delivered to me. Second day one of the elevators wasn’t working ( there are only 3 so 1 was out of service) because someone got stuck in it. I had a graduation commencement the second day and I wanted to steam my graduation gown using hotels steamer the fuse went off so I got no electricity! Had to call for someone to come and fix that and got very snarky woman on the phone! I was hoping that selecting this expensive hotel for this special occasion will my trip a dream trip but unfortunately it was the opposite.

Convenient to cruise port & airport
Pros:

Extremely convenient to the airport and cruise port: nice lobby bar and nice roof bar

Cons:

Sloppy service albeit friendly. Staff seemed overworked: but very friendly and polite. It’s a bit pricey but you’re paying for closeness to ships and planes

Affordable with excellent location and amenities
Pros:

Excellent staff! Work out room was very nice with an amazing view. Rooftop area was fun with exceptional views as well.

Cons:

Our room was located next to mechanical area with no view and load humming noises all night. Had to use noise cancelling head phones and sound machine for family to try to get to sleep. Room 308 beware

The location near the airport was convenient, which was the main positive of the stay.

Cons:

The overall experience was very disappointing. My shower was visibly dirty upon arrival, and the toilet area had a noticeable sewer odor, which made the room feel unclean from the start. The situation became significantly worse during the severe thunderstorm on April 25–26, 2026, when the hotel lost power and water, leaving guests unable to flush toilets or shower. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication from management and the complete absence of compensation or acknowledgment despite guests being left without basic accommodations.
