Cons:

The room had little ants. The roof was squeaking and sounded like someone was walking around all night on rooftop. Had restless nights. Not going back.

Pros:

The bed was somewhat comfortable

Cons:

My original room had someone in it, and I walked in on them. That was scary, but the staff was quick to accommodate and get me a new room. The facility was clean enough, but a bit run down.

For the price we paid for 2 queen beds, $298.57, this was unacceptable. Will not stay here again.
Pros:

Mattress was comfortable

Cons:

On 2nd floor and ceiling made constant noises like someone was walking on it. The ac was subpar - no digital temp option and fan is either on or off. So had to guess at temp setting and fan had to be on constantly.

I paid for overnight sleeping accommodations and only got half a night's sleep.
Pros:

Pretty quiet even though parking is right in front of the rooms.

Cons:

The A/C did not work but was very loud. I did not notice the A/C wasn't working (cooling) because upon arrival I immediately went to meet relatives at a restaurant and it wasn't until the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep due to the temperature in the room that I finally stuck my hand up in front of the vent and felt that the air wasn't very cool at all.

I was unable to sleep until 1 am when I finally turned off the A/C and opened the window since the outdoor temperature had fallen below 72 degrees.

My advice is upon check-in to make sure the A/C is actually blowing out cool air, not just loudly churning out somewhat cool air and ask to change rooms if the temperature is not satisfactory.
