This place is made of paper.
I’ve heard nothing but walking back and forth in the wood floors since 5 am. Kids screaming crying. Staff tried to walk into my room after we had checked in and got in here. I had to grab the door to prevent them from barging in. I am less than satisfied with this experience. The place is clean. No extra blankets for the bed. No blanket at all for the couch bed. Frustrating when you’re exhausted. Alarm clock blaring at 515 am when I did not set it. I will be traveling home absolutely exhausted today. Vacations are for rest and fun. I am beyond drained after zero sleep.

I hate Gatlinburg. Way too many people. Nothing but tourist traps.

The property was very clean, and staff was helpful and kind. They serve continental breakfast from 6am-10am which was, since it was free, pretty decent. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors (side to side and upstairs) every move. We could even hear them whispering. This didn’t make for a good nights sleep, with one neighbor staying up late and the other waking your early. Luckily the last night, everything was quiet and we got a good nights rest. If the walls were better soundproofed, this would be a five star review.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Gatlinburg in a long time. The hotel staff were immediately very welcoming and friendly. The halls and rooms smelled very fresh, as if the place was new. Will definitely be back.

Not well

I loved my time here while I was on vacation. The room was very clean and had friendly staff. The room had modern touches with a small kitchen area which was very convenient. It was a comfortable room to be in after a long day. If we come back to gatlinburg we will definitely book here again!

TV did not work, took a while for hotel staff to get it working and then it not work again the next morning. One of the lights was burned out also.

Each staff member that we came in contact with over our three days was happy and up beat, eager to help and created an overall very positive experience!

Over all, it was a good stay

The motel was clean, the workers were great, and our room was comfortable. There is a trolley stop in front of the hotel making it easy to get down to Gatlinburg without paying for parking. The breakfast was good and always plenty to eat.

Clean room great service place is amazing 10/10 recommend staying at this place we will be back!!

My family had a WONDERFUL stay at this hotel - Very clean, staff are very welcoming, room is spacious, and reasonably priced because breakfast is included. I would love to go back.

Hotel Manager Donna was the extraordinary and went abov and beyond for a great weeks stay. Her staff resonates her warmth and hospitality. Great job Donna!!

Carlos at the desk was very friendly and inviting I could tell right away the police was clean The room was clean it was large it had all the storage that you needed if I had to come up with one complaint it would be the water pressure there was not sufficient water pressure it sprinkled you. But other than that I would absolutely stay here again waffles egg sausage gravy everything you would expect in the morning for breakfast very clean very nice.

A little off the beaten path so it was quiet too. Next to the Alamo famous steakhouse there's a couple locations this is one of them. And a fancy little bar and grow eatery next to us too ice cream place. Do you want something quieter out of the way....
