Not happy with very lazy staff
Pros:

The property was clean. The right said it was near or the lake and that is not true. It’s in the shopping mall.

Cons:

Check in took forever. Lisa checked us in and she was very slow. She smiled and said sorry that it’s taking so long but this is what happens when you book through Booking.com. Check in continued for over 10 minutes. We talked about the fact that I had a young grandchild with me and was happy that we had a suite with the pullout couch.
When we got to the room, there were no sheets for the pullout anywhere. I went downstairs as no one would pick up the phone, and finally found Lisa. I asked her for sheets. She went in the back and came out 20 minutes later with them.
The hotel is also very noisy. I could hear people moving furniture above us.
They ran out of food at the breakfast

Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The mattress made a loud squeaky sound anytime I tossed or turned. It was also too expensive for one night's stay.

Pros:

Staff were super friendly and everything was very clean.

Cons:

Breakfast food was not good. There was no bacon. Only sausages. Links were way overcooked,& turkey sausage patties were cold,& seemed undercooked. Pancake maker stopped after barely spitting out 2 at a time.

Overall happy with the stay
Pros:

Bedrooms were nice and good storage for clothes. Beds very comfortable.
Shower worked well!

Cons:

We arrived at 3:00pm for check in and 8 people in front and the check in process was painfully slow! It didn’t help we needed to be at a wedding so it was very frantic. Staff were apologetic so not sure if computer issues but it was bad.

Was disappointed when checking in that the pool and hot tyb were only available for 15 minutes

“Out of Service” was the predominant theme of this hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast had a wide variety of options.

Cons:

During our stay many of the facilities had “out of service” on them. While staying here for 4 days we have seen several "out of order" around. First on the juice machine during breakfast, then on the next day one of the 2 coffee makers was out of order, then the other for a short time creating a long line.
The next day the pool and the bathroom and finally the elevators. We also had to seek out towels since our room was not cleaned a single time while there, even though we did not have the sign posted on many of the days.

Staffing issues,not worth what I paid.
Pros:

Clean rooms and bathrooms.

Cons:

I had to check in late because they had staffing issues. They didnt provide hot breakfast because of staffing issues. I paid way too much for what we got.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zum Michigan Adventure sind es nur 20 Minuten. Supermarkt und einige Restaurants liegen gegenüber.

Cons:

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war nicht so wie man es gerne hätte. Nicht sehr hilfreich und nicht freundlich. Schade, dass macht eigentlich eine Rezeption aus.

The location was nice and relaxed. Rooms are large and modern.

Cons:

The morning breakfast was not so good. The pan kake maker was not working for 2 days that I was there and the breakfast trays were mostly empty. I had to aked to refill a couple of times.

Pros:

Good location. Culver’s next door wasa plus!! Room was clean but showed signs of wear. Blinds esp difficult to adjust. The little fridge sounded like it was going to explode!! Very noisy above our heads!!We were on first floor. Don’t appreciate having a $50 deposit charged at time of check in for “damages”. And that’s BEFORE we even came in the room!! Says it will be refunded but I’m not sure how long that will take!!
