The worst stay for my daughter’s birthday. We will not be back

Cons:

The pool was very tiny and cloudy also it was like over flowing with water so the ground was very slippery. The beds were rock solid(very uncomfortable) there were plastic spoons in my vents so when I turned on the heat it smelt like burnt plastic. Ohh don’t forget they double charged me!

Will never stay again and lost out on $200.00, so disappointed.
Pros:

Front desk person was nice but charged me more than my confirmed booking amount (on top of the $50 security hold). They did not do anything other than the bare minimum to get me out of their way- but were proficient. Lobby area looks nice.

Cons:

Where to start?! Room has a terrible smell and carpets were not vacuumed, debris in multiple places of room floor. The beds are so broken that with every move we were waking eachother up with how loud the are- making them also extremely uncomfortable. The pool was super gross, cloudy but also could see dirt and items floating in the water, my kids wouldn’t even go in and they love swimming at hotels! Fitness room was dirty, have pics of dust, bugs and a very un maintained water coooler. Overall run down for the newest hotel in this town.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

It was well kept. Clean room. Close to a ton of stores. Has a pool. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The only thing that was wrong here was we booked a room with two beds and got a room with one bed. It was late when we got there and luckily I had an air mattress in my car (we travel for sports ALOT) so we set that up and were fine. But I wish I would have got what I paid for.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and modern. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom shower needed additional cleaning. The body lotion was empty in the shower.

leider konnten wir um 17:00 Uhr immer noch nicht unser Zimmer einchecken.
Es hat sehr lange gedauert das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich .

The location which was close to Meijer & Culver’s

Cons:

Both queen size bed pillow & bed sheets were dirty and stained, one of queen bed sheet had a long brown strand of hair on it under bed cover, had extremely loud noises next to our room from 8-10:30pm. Notified staff of noise problem and dirty bed sheets on both beds!!!! And don’t think it’s worth the $170 for one night that I paid. Also pancake machine for breakfast in morning was out of order! We’ll never come back to this Holiday Inn express again. Also will be giving it very low star rating on trip advisor and Yelp!!
