Pretty sure someone tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. I woke up at 3am and both my locks were undone, luckily the top bar lock kept the door from fully opening.. and they did nothing about it lmao. And there was a homeless lady that was kicked out of the homeless shelter(my gfs mom works there) lurking right outside my windows all night and morning
Overall not terrible. Hallway carpets were torn in spots could cause tripping hazard. No pool available this will.make any future stay out of the question. Breakfast was very mediocre 6-9 is not the best times. Wal-Mart was close. Overall AC in room wasnt great. TV channels were pretty hit and miss

This is not the hotel I selected online. This appears to serve as a halfway house complete with a homeless encampment in back. No working icemakers. Floors torn up for sewer repairs. Live band playin loud in the bar. Would stay here again.
The room itself was ok for one night. It was clean & hot water for shower. Heater took forever to warm up the room
When we arrived, we couldn’t check in because the lady had to count the cash. Then once we got checked in- the entrance door was broken so we had to use other entrance & the door didn’t close all the way. Sidewalk wasn’t de-iced or shoveled. There was screens hanging off the windows, it just felt gross
Trash all over the entrance. Door not working and was a safety hazard and partially open. Homeless folks all property. Property inside not clean. leaves and trash laying in hallway. Used to be nice place but not now
Pictures looked nice. Has been updated somewhat. Big negative was the heat and air, needed updating and cleaning. Smelled bad when on.
Budget friendly and clean. We will stay again at this property if in the area again.
Very dirty lits of homeless around did not look like the pictures on the websites smelled bad did not feel safe.
It seemed the only clean thing in my hotel room was the sheets

the extended stay pricing and the overall conditions. was there 3 years ago and again last week-- it was like I never left --consistency is the name of the game. I love the idea that no matter how long I am away, that I know what to expect and am not disappointed. congrats to you and your staff I give a 100 out of 10. Thank you for making mine and my wife's stay extremely pleasurable. We will not even consider anywhere else. Thank your staff again from the Peters family.
The staff were pleasant and were dealt a bad hand having to run such a decrepit facility.
Did not end up staying for our reservation. Showed up and expected it to be a little run down based on the age but it was far worse than expected. The entire facility was unclean, reeked of smoke and mildew. Doors were broken. The original room assigned to us had not been cleaned since the prior guest and it wasn’t the only one. The front desk person had to take a master key and search for a vacant “clean” room. When she finally found one and took us to it, it was supposedly a nonsmoking room but reeked of smoke. The staff response was “it’s not smoke, it’s just old and musty” like that is okay. There were no elevators in the building which was tolerable for me, but 2 elderly women were left to carry all of their luggage up 2 flights of stairs and ended up failing on the stairs in the process. No response from staff who watched it happen and I ended up carting their luggage upstairs for them.
