Pros:

Nothing, it was run down

Cons:

Nothing, needed a major overhaul the pools filled with junk. The only good thing was they had bedbug protectors on the mattress and there was no bedbugs thank God for that, but it was just major rundown

No pleasant, filthy rooms, hard to communicate with staff.
Pros:

The only thing good was they let us park our motorcycles under the concrete check in awning!

Cons:

It was dirty, the bathroom had mold in the shower, pee and fecal matter from the previous occupants, dead bugs in the corners of the floor, almost no lighting, our balcony door view was an inclosed area that had stacked mattresses everywhere, the communication with staff was super difficult considering they spoke almost no English. The breakfast bar had rotten apples and stale bread

Not the place to reserve a room at before checking it out in person.

After a long day, I slept well

Cons:

Seems like they have been "remodeling" for years now. Paint chipping, drywall has water damage, floors weren't clean/vacuumed. Nothing on the TV comes in clear. Smells musty and damp.

If the bookings sight would have had the real Google rating and not something they came up with, I would NOT have stayed there. It's a 2 star hotel. At best. The place needs a lot of work.

Pros:

Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk, polite a little difficult to understand, we got check into our room and he charged us again time even though I paid on Expedia. He did reach out and let us and issue our refund.
The room was ok, a bit different than we are used too. We ended up shorting our stay due to the smells in the hallway which made me sick to stomach, they were very accommodating and did agree to the early checkout.

They habe gave more than grate hospitality looked out for us when handling life's mishaps it throws at they came to a more than helpful way to save us money .had a dog that was so fun. And didn't charge us a arm and leg ..I would recommend this hotel over any .. names are harsh and Harsha seems like we new one another for ever and just has met them that day turned a bad road trip to a reasonable nigbt and slept wonderful clean and comfortable..tha m you sage hotel
