Everything about the room was perfect!

Cons:

Loud noises from outside the hotel. It sound like a parking lot party outside with a lot of reving engines, until about 330am.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

The property was nice. We had to change rooms because the a/c wasn’t cooling. The second room had dirty toilet. And it was still hot.

Mykayla and Gabe at the front desk really saved the day for us. I had booked (thru a 3rd party big mistake) and booked for the 24th instead of the 17th. Mylayla gave me the number to call so I could get it corrected and Gabe worked with the guy with the 3rd party to make it happen. They really were a great help and the took the kind of action I would desire if I owned the hotel. I retired from a large company after 30 years in management and have seen all kinds of employees. Mykayla's desire to help us and backed up with Gabe is the kind of employee I really appreciated, as you well know, a large part of management is dealing with people. Their desire to help the customer is so important and makes repeat customers, and that is very important in the hospitality business which you know.
