Overall location was amazing. The property itself is very clean and the staff is amazing. The free breakfast was a 10
Pros:

Wonderful location. Parking and checking in was a breeze. Loved the heated indoor pool area.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working during our whole stay. The rooms are a bit small, it was 6 of us in a 2 bed with a pull out couch, so I would definitely get 2 rooms next time for all of us to be more comfortable, definitely with the only 1 bathroom.

It was a wonderful quick get away, and the resort made it so much better!
Pros:

The location was perfect to Gatlinburg. The Resort was beautiful. Very clean and looked so organized and well maintained.

Cons:

Paying for parking. For the price I’m paying to stay there I shouldn’t have to pay for parking. Bed pillowed are very thin. Needed all of them to firm.

Good place, good hotel everyone was friendly and it was clean,

Cons:

breakfast ends at 9:30 am on weekdays for some reason but a the indoor pool was in a building they had all the sliding doors and windows open so it made it cold

Cons:

In my opinion, the bar closes too early. They hand out coupons for free drinks that can only be redeemed during odd afternoon hours—making them practically useless, since hardly anyone is actually at the hotel at that time.
