Todo el lugar en si desde la habitación limpia y hermosa moderna, las piscinas areas de juego, el bar 🍸 el área de desayuno todo muy rico había desayuno variado. Lo recomiendo es un hotel encantador sin olvidar la recepción muy amables sin duda volveré

La pasta alfredo del restaurante pero en fin. Todos tenemos diferentes gustos, pero fuera de eso ordene alas de pollo hamburguesa y estaban ricas

Pros:

Gute Lage für einen Start zum Nationalpark. Frühstück inclusive. Außenbereich schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Zu wenig Plätze beim Frühstück. Parken kostet 15$, sollte kostenlos sein.

Our stay in Gatlinburg was saved by Jason
Pros:

Jason, the front desk manager could not have been more helpful to me amd my group. I made a mistake on our check in date and arrived one day early: Jason assured us he would do his best to help us out. He was amazing!!!!! He kept reassuring us that he would make this work. The backside of this story is I was traveling with my cousin and his wife who came to Nashville (home for my wife and I now) and wanted to see the Gatlinburg area. I made the reservations for three locations: they trusted me to be accurate, I was not. Jason saved the day for me!!!! All of your staff at that property were very professional and represent your organization well!!!

Clean and friendly with great food especially the free breakfast ! And very pet friendly!

Cons:

Slamming pool gates. From our balcony every person entering and leaving slammed the metal pool gates. Ugh
