Location: It was quiet. Also, the property is well maintained.

Cons:

A male bartender was rude during the evening time. But the rest of the staff were very nice.

Over all absolutely loved the stay the free happy hour free drink
Pros:

The place was super awesome love the pools,the breakfast and the lunch have to pay but it was so much worth it. The fireplace. Just so much fun.

Cons:

The one thing was the sheets had dog hair woke up in the morning with dog hair all on my clothes.

Pros:

We loved the fire pits, the size of the room and the zero entry pool

Cons:

We didn’t like how the staff spoke to us and they originally told us they had a room for an extra night and then 30 mins later they didn’t have a room. I also thought It would only be 945 dollars and I was charged 1200 and some. We didn’t damage the property or cause any disturbances.

Comfortable stay in central Gatlingburg
Pros:

Nice hot breakfast included. Firepits and pool were nice for the family to enjoy. Afternoon happy hour offered us a nice break prior to dinner.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast hours were a little longer since I was travelling with the family and the kids wanted to sleep in a bit. It would have been nice if parking was not an additional $15 charge per night.
