Decent place to stay for a well needed getaway
The hotel room had clearly not been cleaned as trash was found under the beds and sticky liquids were spilled on the floor. We booked a non-smoking room but were placed in a smoking room, which was the most potent odor, and we ended up leaving early. We had to have our clothes fumigated upon leaving due to the intense smoke smell. Truly was concerned about our lungs, thats how heavy the smoke was. Shower barely turned on, had to buy our own towels due to the state of the hotel ones (which we had to go ask for). Oddest smells coming from the sinks. Attempted to get some compensation for the issues, but the staff denied due to their absolute zero refund policy.

I drove through and felt very uncomfortable. I believe people are living there. we decided not to stay. I ate the nights stay and slept better when I got home.
The rooms could certainly use an update and we had a small leak in the bathroom. Hotel staff, though, were helpful and friendly. The place is close by I-95, but you wouldn't know it from walking around the grounds. Looks like you're in the middle of a park!
Outdated, air conditioner is filty and loud. Poor water source. Hallway is ditty filled with trash and smells bad
Black mold on ceiling. Floor,my clothes and shopping bags damp from the moisture in the room. Everything smelled like mildew

What an absolute disappointment this was!I'm not happy to do this, but I must, in order for some sort of change (hopefully) that will be done. To make others aware that will choose to stay and spend their hard earned money here.
I arrived Friday night, check in was smooth and easy. They require a $100 hold on either a credit or debit card. You'll get the $100 returned in 2-3 business days after your stay.
When I got to my room. The lot and surrounding spaces appeared to be people living in the adjacent hotel rooms around me. People constantly hanging around outside the rooms and parking lot, begging and soliciting hotel guest. Me being from Philly, I'm used to this, but definitely problematic none the less. Could definitely become a safety isue.
The outside door handle to my room was loose. Thankfully, I was still able to use my key card and was able to open the door and it locked properly as well. But definitely could be a potential safety issue.
When I immediately stepped into the room, a musty, mildew smell was in the room. The air quality felt like that of a basement cellar. The room felt damp and I also immediately noticed mold growing on multiple spots on the ceiling (possibly indicating a water leak from the rooms above me). The fridge had a wierd Condensation to it. The microwave was filthy. I used my own personal disinfectant to clean the microwave.
Not the best place, but I guess it was worth the price. Genrally, quiet although there were a bit of people hanging out around the property. room was clean.

The air conditioning didn’t work, but made awful noise all night. I didn’t sleep a wink. I let them know in the morning and they offered me a discount for a future stay. I would never stay there again. Not to mention I itched for three days after leaving there. They said because I booked through Expedia that I would have to request a refund from them. Expedia said the hotel wouldn’t cooperate because I checked out. No duh.
I normally stay at at much nicer hotels, but we stopped late and only wanted to sleep and shower.
Run away with your skin intact unless your goal is:
No sleep. Sweating all night. Listening to a noisy air conditioner that wasn’t cooling the room. Itching for days.

No soap in the room, microwave was missing. Smelled like pot when we arrived. Only has 2 towels for 4 people and we’re unable to get 2 additional towels until the next day. Bugs in the room. Left a day early and stayed elsewhere.
WiFi was non existent! Bathtub was disgustingly dirty as well as the leaking faucet and the water was backed up into the tub from drain. The comforter on the bed had large black stains all over it! There was also a terrible musty smell in the room! Honestly the worst place I have ever stayed! Never again! Beware!
Took forever to find my reservation. Room had an awful smell. No bar soap
