Disappointed. Booked for two days I walked in and walked right out.

Cons:

Beware looks like the drug spot. The sheets look real itchy. Do not stop here.
I did not stay more then one minute and they did not want to give me a refund.

Terrible Front Desk/Manager Service
Pros:

Unbelievably bad front desk service. I noticed within a few hours I had booked friday 7/10 instead of 7/17 and immediately reached out to both hotel and Booking.com. Booking.com made the request to change reservation. Hotel refused saying "no availability" on 7/17. just went online/still avail. i spoke to front desk maybe 5 times because, yes, my user error, but hotels always move the reservation. The front desk was at times barely intelligible (unintelligent), other times rude, and never would let me speak to a manager. What kind of terrible service is that. On service alone, never go here

Me gustó que las habitaciones estaban limpias

Cons:

Nos quedamos para el día 4 de julio y hacía calor afuera, esperábamos que nuestra habitación esté cómoda pero el AC no funcionaba y estábamos sudando, llegaron a repararlo pero seguía sin funcionar, comenzó a enfriar más alrededor de las 4am del día siguiente mientras dormíamos; otro punto es que las camas no estaban nada cómodas, se sentían los resortes y parecía tener un hueco en medio del colchón
Por el mismo precio hay hoteles donde te ofrecen el desayuno y aquí no es el caso

I decided not to stay. And I have been trying to get a refund. We left because the ac wasn’t working in 90 plus degree weather, and the shower also wasn’t working. The rooms were dirty and another thing I noticed, a service man was assisting in multiple other rooms because a few people were having issues with things not working. The hotel isn’t maintained properly. We left immediately which I normally wouldn’t do but I was concerned about the cleanliness and staying there.

Nothing was working and was very dirty. Not maintained

Nothing!! We were happy to get out to there without being accosted.

Cons:

This motel should NOT be advertised on Booking.com. It is no doubt a long term living location for people living hard lives. There were groups of men arguing loudly in the parking lot. The back lot had no lighting. When we pulled up to our room, an intimidating man came out of the next room and stared us down. There were other men walking around with intimidating looking dogs. There were ‘women’ walking around. We didn’t even go into the room and cancelled our stay. We damn well better get reimbursed!!

Convenient location and decent price
Pros:

Stayed here for a couple of nights after arriving at JFK airport. Location was convenient for the highway. Room was a decent size and had fridge and working TV. No catering on site. Plenty choice of places to eat a short drive away. Adequate accommodation for a short stay

Bed was comfy but saw ink like stain on the bed making me wonder about bedbugs

Cons:

Greeted by a cockroach on a sticky floor, Stinky room, AC blowing warm air, barely working AC, leaky bathtub.
