No tuvo agua en las habitaciones fin de semana , fue un desastre ! No había agua caliente , no pudieron resolver el inconveniente que tenían y bañarse era todo un dilema

There was no hot water or water pressure for our entire stay (4 days)
They only house clean every other day so imagine going the beach and bringing back all that sand. This wasn’t a good time they don’t have any large trash cans in the room. Today on our last day, we are leaving and they’re saying the water will be fixed shortly so we got here Monday and haven’t been able to shower since we’ve been here.

There is no water pressure and absolutely no hot water. This was very uncomfortable and unsanitary for my grandkids and I after be on the beach , ib the pool, in the hot sun.

We did not have any hot water during our stay. I would’ve liked better communication from the staff.

No hot water the entire time, water pressure was very low. So showers were not the very good.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay. Unfortunately, my experience was completely unacceptable.
There was no hot or cold water during my stay, making it impossible to shower or even use the sink properly. The toilet was dirty, the room was unclean, and the windows were filthy. I called the front desk and requested that someone come to the room, but there was a significant language barrier with the housekeeping staff, making communication very difficult.
In addition, the hallways were dirty, and I spoke with several other guests who confirmed that they were also without water. The front desk manager and another employee informed me that this issue had been ongoing for about a week. If that was the case, someone should have notified me before my arrival so I could have canceled or made other arrangements.
I have never experienced such poor conditions at a hotel. The entire experience was stressful and traumatic.
I was told that I would receive a full refund and two nights' worth of reward points, but I have not received either.
I am requesting a full refund immediately, along with the reward points that were promised. I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.

There was no hot water or water pressure the entire stay. The toilet barely would flush. We kept reporting the issues but staff kept telling us there weren’t any rooms available for us to move to because the entire hotel were having the septic issues. All other hotels were booked. I emailed Management and no response yet. I was told I would hear from Management by 2:00 pm on 06/28/26 and no response at all . If the water issues weren’t a huge problem with my stay I would choose TRU by Hilton again. I want my refund immediately because my birthday stay was interrupted. That is my issue.

The water pressure was very bad and limited hot water and no microwave in the rooms

No hot water. When inquired they said they wouldn’t have hot water until Tuesday (this was on a Saturday). I was unable to shower all weekend unless in I e cold water.

The bed had sand in it.

Staff was nice but did not let us know about the water.

The water in the shower was not working. No hot water and low water pressure.

Cold water= taking a cold shower, no water pressure, a/c broken, small extra very small rooms, uncomfortable mattress, extra thin walls so we heard everything that was going on outside of our room!

We were on the 4th floor and had no water at all in the shower
