Had trouble with my card when checking in and had exceptional service helping me get that sorted even though it was midnight. Pools were very nice and clean. Breakfast was also delicious and the kids loved all the extra toppings to add to pancakes and waffles
My daughter lived the outdoor pool

The lies we were told
Upon arrival we were told they were having water issues and due to that matter, we would be credited half of our charge upon checking out we were told because we used a third-party Booking.com we would need to contact y’all for our reimbursement
Easy beach access very clean
Everything was great
our stay was exceptional, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and offer wide range of options.
Shocked by how good the waffles and pancakes were! Also the pancake machine was futuristic and exciting. More importantly the hotel was in the perfect location close to Henderson beach state park and it wasn't even crowded on 4th of july weekend. Room was great! Outdoor pool was so nice! Staff was kind and helpful! They let us check in several hours early! Those waffles tho...
The lobby was clean. Staff was good.
There was no hot water or water pressure for our entire stay (4 days)
They only house clean every other day so imagine going the beach and bringing back all that sand. This wasn’t a good time they don’t have any large trash cans in the room. Today on our last day, we are leaving and they’re saying the water will be fixed shortly so we got here Monday and haven’t been able to shower since we’ve been here.

The location was great, walking distance to the beach. The room was nice and clean.
We did not have any hot water during our stay. I would’ve liked better communication from the staff.
