Location was great. Staff was pleasant, room was clean

Cons:

Mold smell in lobby and bathroom, shower floor not clean and had a mild mold smell as well. Breakfast only served till 9.

Stylish hotel, comfortable in a walkable area of Jacksonville.
Pros:

Very pleasant, clean, stylish. Comfortable beds and set up that worked well for us.

Cons:

I didn’t love the exact location although it was walkable to the area. Overall ok.

This is our go to place in downtown Jacksonville. You even get a free hot breakfast.

Pros:

The staff, from the desk to housecleaning were friendly, courteous and very helpful. We missed breakfast due to hospital surgery appointments. We highly recommend this place to everyone!
