Went to a concert and this was in good location of being near concert
Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff, almost was perfect

Cons:

The Air conditioning in the room didnt work very good. It was super hot. If it wasnt for that it would have been a really good stay

Would stay here again if ever back in Jacksonville.
Pros:

All personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, efficient and comfortable.

Good quiet affordable hotel downtown.
Pros:

Nice staff. Good location. Good breakfast selection of comfort food. Has extended stay kitchenette which was useful. Very clean.

Cons:

The elevator made weird noises.

Nice stay in Jacksonville
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and up to date. The room was very spacious and pretty clean for the most part. It was well stocked with towels and washcloths. The bed was comfortable also. It was also convenient to have a restaurant on site because we arrived later in the evening and didn't have to go back out for dinner. The food was okay.

Cons:

The traffic outside was very loud. I heard cars racing down the street late into the night. The room was pretty clean for the most part, but in the bathroom, the shower wasn't very clean, there were hairs all over the shower floor (gross). Also, the pillows were too soft to my liking, but I started bringing my own.

Pros:

Clen, decent, Breakfast better then True Hilton... Don't go to True Hilton stay with Home 2 suites

Clean and modern and wonderful staff
Pros:

It was modern, clean with excellent facilities and excellent staff! Spacious rooms with everything I needed.

Cons:

Unfortunately the only thing I didn’t like was the pillows!! They were disgustingly. They were falling apart and smelled awful. This is totally a 10/10 property except the revolting old pillows!

We arrived midmorning, but were able to check in before noon, which was extremely accommodating.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Breakfast was superb.

Cons:

Pillows were a little lumpy. Shower knob fell off. Water pressure could have been better.

Location was great. Staff was pleasant, room was clean

Cons:

Mold smell in lobby and bathroom, shower floor not clean and had a mild mold smell as well. Breakfast only served till 9.
