It was good except for the breakfast and this is the reason why I selected the place
Pros:

It s clean and staff are nice. It’s closed to a lot of restaurants

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. We were not able to eat. The food tastes stale. I tried the boiled eggs, even the boiled eggs were not fresh. The only food we were able to eat is the oatmeal

Cons:

Room door drag against door post, house keeping was bad, second day we had to ask for house keeping and all got was towels, vacuum and bedding. Flies in breakfast area.

Went to a concert and this was in good location of being near concert

The Air conditioning in the room didnt work very good. It was super hot. If it wasnt for that it would have been a really good stay

Good quiet affordable hotel downtown.
Pros:

Nice staff. Good location. Good breakfast selection of comfort food. Has extended stay kitchenette which was useful. Very clean.

The elevator made weird noises.
