It was a very nice stay!
Pros:

I liked that it was very clean and that the stuff were amazing at explaining things to me!

Cons:

You could hear a lot from my room and at night it sounded like some kids were running around but I just fell asleep and didn’t hear it again!

Comfortable clean room, everything in room worked plus great breakfast
Pros:

Excellent selection, individual coffee brew was great, eggs and potatoes were very hot and well prepared ( which is unusual for a buffet). Dining area was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed being able to stream my favorite shows from my iPhone.

I arrived early and they let me check in to room. The swimming pool stayed open late.

Small rooms, big bugs
Pros:

Barely saw the place

Cons:

When I got to the room, it was insanely small, for starters. There was virtually no room to move about at all. Then I found a spot on the wall where you "insert room key to activate power". I did this and removed the key, the same way you would the door. 25 seconds later, all the lights turned off. I did this two more times before calling the front desk. They said that shouldn't happen, then moved me to the room right next to it. I had the same issue there, but what sealed the deal was finding a large bug crawling across the bed. I went back to the front desk and asked that my stay be canceled entirely. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful and was the only positive experience I had. It was disappointing because I typically only stay in IHG hotels and this was my first negative experience.
