It was average.
Pros:

It was priced well. It also had good water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

The room was dirty. The front desk was not staffed 24/7. There was no shampoo in the rooms.

I would stay again.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room with a workstation that I used.

First room we got had two dirty underwear in the cabinet. The floors were filthy.

Don’t stay here, filthy.

The proportion of cleanliness in this establishment was appalling. The front desk staff seemed completely indifferent to the state of the place. The walls were filthy, the bathroom door had greasy handprints, the inner toilet was splattered in fecal matter, and the sink faucet was covered in white toothpaste residue. One of the queen beds was missing a sheet, and the dirty, shapeless material that could not be called a quilt or blanket was on the bed. The floors were dirty and dusty, and the phone was covered in dirt. The fridge and freezer had leftover spillage and stains inside, and the microwave had brown, dirty prints on the outside, as if someone had dirty hands before opening it and it had never been wiped down. Even after management was informed of these issues, they simply rolled their eyes and did nothing to address them. Needless to say, we were not willing to stay in this filthy establishment.
Craziest part is you don’t expect an extended stay to have quality furniture etc, that said Cleanliness is nonnegotiable!!

Great price for the room and we will be back next year when we have the same event happening at MSU.
Pros:

Great price and comfortable room. Modern. Didn't feel old and dismal.

Cons:

Just a little wider parking spaces. Not sure how to turn in keys in morning with no attendant. Maybe put a slot to drop them in. I secretly wondered if someone would come by and grab our keys which said the room # on the envelope and go do some damage after we left that I would be responsible for since we left them on the counter.

Tragic, traumatic and horrific.
Pros:

Nothing -it was horrific. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Cons:

Everything. The keys cards don’t work and I had to have them replaced FOUR TIMES IN 24 HOURS, the screaming kid next door that kept me up til 2:30 am both nights through paper thin walls, no ice machine in the entire establishment, to name a FEW of the issues I had. This booking .com listing was a bait and switch and NOTHING like what was actually listed.

If you needed anything there was never anyone at the desk. The hours were 9am-4pm

I went to check in it was after hrs so I had to use check in with the kiosk the lady had me slide my debit card through even though my phone showed me they took the money they lady said she didn't receive none on her end and I paid for 4 days so now I'm out of a room and still waiting to get my money back never in my life have I had a problem at any hotels and this was my first and last time ever trying to stay at this hotel
