This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Cons:

This was maybe the worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. The security acted like the gestapo, we couldn’t even walk down the hallway to our rooms without being stopped. Good luck keeping this place going.

Pros:

Great location, excellent facilities

Cons:

Lobby was dirty, staff at the front desk did not seem motivated to help anyone. Kept hearing the hotel and the restraunt was short staffed. The value certainly was not there.

My stay was overall good, the hotel was clean and was a reasonable price
Pros:

The location was okay as it was close to downtown and within driving distance of where I needed to go. The cost was also reasonable

Cons:

I did not like the fact that breakfast was not included and is an additional cost. Breakfast was also understaffed so you had to wait a long time to be seated and served. If you order your meal to go because the seating area was full, you were still charged gratuity which I don’t think is right or fair to guest because the staff did not serve you. I think that is just a money grab and I was not happy about it.

Pros:

Very nice room. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Dinning room service staff. Took an hour to get our food. Because they person who took our order didnt write anything down and tried to do it all by memory. So he brought the food to the wrong room. We had to call the front desk to figure out where the food was. Then when he brought it up to us he didnt even apologize for it taking 62 minutes. We were still charger room service fee, nothing was comped and the food was cold. Very unacceptable.

great stay overall, great location, the kayak rental was amazing, the views were breath taking.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but very expensive. An included breakfast buffet would've been good.

Cons:

The walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbors in the connecting room really well. It was disappointing we couldn't put the fan on full time on the AC to drown out noise. Blinking light on smoke alarm was annoying.

Got reservation at Booking.com.Cheaper but no refund if problems,Had to leave 2 days early no refund

Cons:

Small things.No clock radio,door to open to refrig hard to open,poor design, bathroom sink drained slow,no night light.Tv didi not work had to switch room,but they upgraded at no extra charge.

Modern, clean, fresh and well cared for; a great place to stay including an excellent breakfast.
Pros:

We've stayed at some of the nicest hotels all over the world. In comparison, our room was well appointed and extremely clean and fresh. The bed and furnishing were modern and clean and comfortable. The air was fresh and clean. Excellent.

Cons:

There was honestly nothing that we didn't and we look forward to staying there again.
