5-Star hotel industry standards were far from achieved, due to distant interpersonal conventions.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and upscale; however, the total package is not in accordance with a 5-Star property. Most of the staff are distant, reserve, and - per scale - unaccommodating.

Cons:

The majority of the staff are removed from providing an optimal experience for their guests. When compared to other 5-Star properties, this one is in a deficit upon matters of overall friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate the needs of established patrons. The consumer/provider ratio was poor for the cost of having the experience of a standard 5-Star expectation. For instance, this property pales (deeply) in comparison with The Four Seasons experience and comfort. I cannot imagine that I should be willing to return to this hotel group for further accommodations during my travels and personal retreats.

Cons:

I put a request asking for extra bed. Staff seemed unaware. Also I put a statement that it was my wife's birthday and nothing came up.

Perfect for a girls staycation!

Beautiful property! Close to restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

The parking situation was a bit confusing at first the hotel had valet parking, but I just wanted self parking. That was available but it wasn’t clear that hotel patrons could park in the self parking garage until I asked the valet.
