Breakfast had alot to be desired. No staff in lobby to talk to if there was a problem. Didn't like tv that you couldn't just go into room and turn it on. We had problems getting tv to come on and had to call someone tp fix it. There was only a bottle of water in refg. I wanted a small bagel for breakfast it must had been there quite a while was so hard you could not cut it apart to put in toasted had to thrown it away.
Bed bugs!
Noise isolation is nonexistent.
Location is great.
I was assigned a room on the second floor. There is no elevator and there are killer stairs. The room itself had a light by the door and only 1 lamp in the room. With just the lamp, the room was dark. There was no artwork in the room at all. Breakfast was a disappointment. The first morning there was no orange juice. The second and third mornings there was no milk for cereal and still no orange juice. This was my 4th time staying here over 4 years. Each year there has been something that could have been improved on. I will probably try to find other accommodations for future visits.

Total digital experience. All aspects of check-in through check-out automated. A first for me not to have face-to-face contact with any staff. It takes a little getting used to, but it works.

The walls weren't insulated well, and we could hear other guests coming and going late at night / early in the morning. Mattress was ok, not super comfortable

Bathroom could have used an exhaust fan. Iron would have been a good idea too.
I expected to see someone when I signed in. I had trouble booking and did not get a king bed. I thought I might be able to change my room when I got there but we never saw a staff member. Lighting was poor in our room. I had a regular size bed, much too small for 2 people.
Breakfast could have been better.
