I knew it was a cheaper motel but the conditions were unacceptable and poor management.
Pros:

Good location close to the parkway.

Cons:

The room was very dirty. The hotel seems to be renovated but not well enough. There was a large gap at the bottom of the door after it was shut, the refrigerator has gunk in it, the microwave looked as if there had been a fire and it was half melted, there were a few bugs on the bed (surely too large to be a bed bug), and smelled horrible. The front desk assured me a full refund and the lady was very friendly. The issue is they have not approved a refund by the management. They will not respond to my calls or emails. DO NOT stay here.

Pros:

Pleasantly surprised how much the inside was updated. The room was very spacious and clean. Woman at front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Had an issue with our key card and she got us moved quickly rather than having to wait for a handyman. The continental breakfast was amazing! The price and location was definitely worth it. Would stay again.

price location and comfortable I've booked here 4 times and each time i got a bottom floor i requested due to I'm a disabled vet and wife also disabled and sure stay had no problem helping customer service was outstanding.

The location.

Cons:

The room was extremely moldy smelling. So much we bought candles at Yankee Candle to try and hide the smell. Burner axceptednit because we needed a pet room.
Then day before we weee leaving, one of the “clean” towels received directly from the front desk had fecal matter in it.
The manager would not even apologize. We asked for the General Manager to call us and 6 days later, nothing!!! So disgusting!!!
I would never recommend this place!
Our mother-in-law’s room had a roach.
The worst part, was the manager could care less! Unbelievable.

Cigarette smell was bad. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and we left after the 1st night.

Cons:

The room smelled like cigarettes. Every time the air conditioner came on it would smell so bad of cigarettes. Looked like maybe an exstended stay hotel. Didn't know that it was dog friendly. Luckily the room didn't smell like dogs. Cigarette smell was bad enough.
