Pros:

Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room, full refrigerator with freezer, stove, plenty of room for your clothes a desk and nice chair to do your work! Will definitely go back!

Not worth the money and wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Noise level was atrocious, could hear every sound neighbors made as well as noise from the parking lot. Room was not clean when I checked in - mud on floor and extremely sticky floor. Switched rooms and this one had a nasty counter. Had to call back with a question the next day and the front desk lady was very rude and told me she had things going on and couldn't help. The other hotel I stayed in after was cheaper, quieter, and quite literally half the price

Great stay and price!!
Pros:

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The price for the stay was great and would definitely stay here again. Kitchenette was nice to have. We were not in room much, spent most of our visit at National park and Dollywood. Breakfast was included and was great!! Hot food, eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy and waffles. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Property was dated and there were no utensils or kitchen accessories for kitchenette. You need your own supplies, which was fine, especially for room price, just wish I would have known.

The breakfast was good. Coffee was great. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room floor was not clean. My feet were filthy after just walking around a bit barefoot.

Well worth the price! 9/10 stars
Pros:

You can tell the owners are doing some upgrades like fresh paint etc. our room had carpet which I was a little disappointed about because I thought they had hardwood based off photos. Other than the old carpet the room was updated and very clean. Once all the rooms are converted to hardwood I would most definitely rate this a 10 but since the carpet showed wear and dust all around the edges of the walls about a a inch wide I give it a 9. We wore our house slippers the whole time so it wasn’t a huge deal just a small upgrade that would make a huge difference.

Cons:

Just the carpet in the room it’s dated but everything else was great.

Not what I expected
Pros:

the room was spacious. bed was comfortable

Cons:

if you walked barefooted, your feet would be dirty. The rest of the room seemed clean but who wants to wipe your feet off before you climb into bed each night. So, keep your shoes on. I think we had Bigfoot staying above us who was an early riser and came in around midnight. For scenery, if you like looking at the parkng lot and back of other buildings, then you would enjoy this hotel, Some like its location and it was convenient to restaurants and stores so that could be a plus. Breakfast wasn't bad. Next time, no last minute bookings . Bite the bullet and pay extra . You do get what you pay for.
