Had a great time!
Pros:

Breakfast was good,Monday thru Wednesday, there were no eggs.Malinda was wonderful!Friendly!walking around during breakfast checking on breakfast bar ,making sure it was good!Asking if we needed anything! She is an excellent employee!

Cons:

Eggs on breakfast bar first of week.Ice machine was broken,need to fix that.

Pros:

Melinda was the best! She was super helpful, very nice, and just a joy to talk to. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and we enjoyed it very much. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to town.

Pros:

The property was super nice and in a great location.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed. The bed really hurt my back. But the sheets and blankets were comfortable.

It was close to town.

Cons:

It was not clean. I have pictures of roaches on the floor . Dirty walls and bathroom door. Dirty bathroom and hair on floor. Bathroom door kept sticking and someone had to open from the outside. Very noisy in the mornings. Bed was not comfortable. So we checked a day early.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Convenient location in the middle of Pigeon Forge. This was the only plus to the hotel.

Cons:

Room was dirty and staff was unfriendly. Walked in to something splattered all over the bathroom walls and a dirty shower. Room itself was decently quality. This BestWestern is more of a motel rather than a hotel. Booking.com listing was deceptive and made the hotel appear nicer than reality. Check-out was at 11am but we received a knock on the door at 10:15 saying we needed to be out in the next 10 mins.
