We left our room at 12:00 and no one cleaned it. Our do not disturb sign was out until then, but we took it down. This was on a Saturday, so confused why there would not be a sweep since a beach area. When you are paying over $300. a night, this seems not right. I stay at many Hyatts and rooms are always cleaned on a weekend if we do not leave until noon.Not happy with the answer that new guest rooms are a priority. There should still be staff to do a quick check in the early noon time on a Saturday...Everyone should be a priority. Where is the staff??

A bit overpriced, even with beach access for type of rooms.

Pros:

Close to water, water view, pool, breakfast, firm beds.

Cons:

They charged us $100 as a hold on our card and we didn’t know that so it took all our money and we we’re unable to have dinner or gas to get home, they said it would be returned as soon as we checked out but it wasn’t, it took 24 hrs and it screwed us! Was not happy, basically a wasted trip!

Overall it is a good hotel, great staff, and a pretty good value.

You can hear the people above you walk. The cabinets move and creak when you walk past them

It was by the water.

Cons:

We needed extra set of sheets for sofa bed and they literally handed us wrinkled unfolded bunch of sheets. Not cool.
