Da localização, bem central.

Cons:

As obras em frente reduziram a experiência e o facto de à direita a rua ser pouco iluminada. A rua traseira do hotel é também a traseira dos bares. Mal iluminada e muito lixo dos bares.

location and room fitting was great

Cons:

claim parking but it is only Valet at over 60 bucks a day, no water in room or gym, tried to get room service but was pick up only, very noisy, you can easily hear your neighbors, for the price and value either of the two hotels next door are much better value even if the headline price is higher

Garbage in hallways and outside filled to tip overflowing and I needed to tell them to empty it. Staff having their meal at the front desk as I was checking out, in professional. Food and plates not cleared by the pool area

Rather expensive and a little ordinary. Rooms big but very poorly designed. Staff are wonderful

Cons:

Poor wardrobe and cupboard space for such a big room. Only 1 chair. Layout of room was irritatnigly inept. The bathroom was poorly designed - again a big space but poor stowage facilities and only 1 basin - idiotic for a couple's room
Air con was far too cold almost everywhere
Location was OK but noise from Rainey St irritating

Wonderful
Pros:

We didn’t utilize breakfast but grabbed a morning coffee. The bed was so comfortable a d the shower was great too!

Cons:

Limestone bar had a musician but was empty.
Maybe consider a happy hour to get people up there.

Will not stay there again and will not recommend to anyone.
Cons:

Everyone I encountered was not readily available to help EXCEPT for the valet attendants (upon leaving the same day). They were a breath of fresh air after a long day of disappointments.
