Room was OK

Cons:

When I checked out the staff at reception charged my credit card for the room. I explained that I had already paid for the room in full through booking.com and showed them the email from you to prove it. They shrugged and said they would look into the matter. I was unhappy that they didn’t apologise and bother to acknowledge their mistake. They still haven’t refunded the charge to my credit card and I am unhappy about the whole experience. I would be VERY grateful if you would contact them and get them to give me the refund ASAP

Beautiful hotel in downtown that was a bit pricey but has amazing views and very close to lady bird park.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel , very modern with nice pool and views are amazing.

Cons:

It seemed a bit expesive for a regular room plus parking valet is mandatory and almost $60. There is also no everyday laundry service .
