Great location for the party we were attending in North Cape May. I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the pool area. Very clean room and property.
My only complaint is the lack of outlets in the room but it’s understandable for the time that the building was built. We just unplugged the microwave and click to charge our devices
There was no breakfast. Pool was cute.
Room smelled like it had mold. Door didn't work - kept getting stuck. Not enough amenities.
There was no breakfast. The pool was beautiful and clean and warm.
I realize it was a holiday weekend but the price we paid was tooooo steep.
First Dawn the manager was personable, funny, helpful and knowledgeable. She made us feel important and was very attentive.
Easy access to the room, all the amenities we needed, clean and comfortable.
We had to leave, no really, it was all awesome, maybe the bathroom was a bit cold, but Im reaching to find something negative.
Absolutely beautiful and maintained
Just a motel to sleep at. Very clean. Electronic check in and keypad entry. No food or shopping nearby.
Easy to get to, clean room. On a high traffic road.
After having arrived from a three hour flight and a one hour car ride with my daughter and grandchild, I get to the hotel and realize they never sent me a code to get in to my room as they said they would after I chef in onlin. I reached out to them by text letting them know this and when they finally responded they sent me a room number and a code that did not work.
Again I sent another text, asking them to please help us because I was outside of the room with a baby and luggage, but they did not respond. We had to bring down our luggage again because we needed to go to a gas station to use the restroom. They finally answered after 30 minutes asking if I were able to get into the room, I responded saying how could I get into the room when the code does not work. 20 minutes after they sent another text with instructions on how to obtain a key of the room from a closet under the stairs. This whole experience was very scary considering we had never been in this area and unable to have access to our hotel with the baby at 12 AM.
The Cape was perfect for our first visit to Cape May. Everything we wanted to see and do was within a 10-minute drive, depending on traffic. The room was clean and ready upon our arrival, parking was easy, and it had everything we needed for our little getaway. Thank you from R&C.
Very good
Great but you have to request rooms service. Requested and didn’t get it. :(
The pool was amazing!!! Our room was a great spot after a day of enjoying the beautiful Cape May area!!
Great place, clean newly renovated.
The stay at the cape was excellent!! Great staff and service! Clean rooms!! Excellent job!
Rooms clean and the manager Dawn very attentive to a small problem.
Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked that it had a nice tub and the location was great.
The room was a little musty smelling due to moisture.
We only stayed one night. If we were staying longer, we probably would have chosen a place closer to Cape May beach.
The only thing I noticed missing was cups for drinks (plastic or glass), which I usually see provided in most hotels I stay at.
More of a motel than hotel but still had a nice night.
