Nice place when the fire alarms are fixed.
Pros:

Easy to get to and quiet. Plenary of parking.

Cons:

The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. All false alarms. We weren’t able to really sleep which is one of the biggest reasons to get a nice hotel.

Pros:

I liked the ease of location, easy to get on highway.

Cons:

The place has few wear and tear issues. Also, there was a strong weed odor coming into our room through the air vents.

Overall nice hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff and very clean room.

Cons:

Only bad thing was the fire alarm went off at 1215 am and we all had to go outside in our pajamas and wait for the all clear. Idk if it was a prank or not but took away from an enjoyable visit unfortunately.

It was very comfortable and great location. The rooftop restaurant and bar was a bonus!

Cons:

The extra charge of $7.50 per day to park your car in the parking lot was not mentioned anywhere when booking this room. It was not necessary as there was plenty of parking available.

I paid for an employee that was in town 2 weeks ago and you made my employee pay and would not take the paid reservation.
the next week i set it up and had my secretary call to confirm payment being it was my company card and Richard said they would.
my employee needed to stay the next night set it up again my secretary called to confirm they said it was all set.
my employee got there and they made him pay again. also still charging my card (DOUBLE DIPPING) STEALING.
My secretary called that morning, and they stated they could not take my payment through booking.
and also stated my original charge was only pending but now 4 days later the payment is still on my card. WE WILL NEVER USE Hyatt Place Melbourne Airport, Fl

Great! Would stay again.
Pros:

The location was great for our visit because we were visiting Florida Tech college of Aviation nearby. We had a great view of the airplanes (especially the Rooftop restaurant) and my son loved the airplane themed decor within the hotel. We noticed other college visit families stayed there as well. Perfect for all of our children aspiring to become pilots.
The spaciousness of our room was nice too.

We wished there was a microwave in the room.
