Great location, comfortable rooms and good breakfast
Breakfast was excellent with many choices. The best complimentary breakfast we have experienced. The breakfast room fills up fast, so you may have to wait for a table to open up. We had a king room with a seating area. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bath towels were soft, fluffy and nice and white. Another nice thing is that you can ask for housekeeping service or just a refresh. Very accommodating to your specific needs. One evening after dinner we sat out by the fire pit, very nice.
The room was dark, even with all the lights on. Our shower head nozzle was not adjustable and the water was shooting out at us and directly at the opposite wall. Made showering very difficult and unpleasant. I’m sure that was just our particular room.

Couldn’t turn on shower to warm without getting in shower to turn on and getting wet down with cold water since the glass on the shower head end was a stationary panel.

for amount of guest no eggs which is part of my morning diet second day
not sure why they could not have went to publix 4 doors down
the elevators made my wifes asthma flair up

Everything was great! This was our first time staying at the Graystone Lodge. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and the amenities in the room. Breakfast was really great! Everyone we had interaction with there were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had about our stay or surrounding things we wanted to visit. Definitely would stay again..
Did not have any dislikes at all.
We came for our anniversary and they offered us a free bottle of wine. To me that was going up and beyond my expectations. The beds were emaculate and the breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again anytime
The only thing I didnt like was parents walking down the hall with there kids at 6 am and the kids yelling. That is iut of your control so I would never complain about that
