Not much. The water was good and the key cards worked

Cons:

Where do I start. Overpriced and underdelivered. The shower had mold on the wall by where the water hits. Walls are thin and loud neighbors made it a bad combination. The restaurant had terrible food. The rooftop was not mentioned to be closed before arrival. The parking situation needs a remedy. Overpriced. Underdelivered.

Self parking was a bit down the road. This was only a concern because I was traveling alone and parking later at night. The entrance from parking is at the rear of the hotel, so pretty isolated

It doesn’t get any better than this!
Pros:

The Verdant redefines true hospitality. From communications making our reservations (4 couples), and then making a few adjustments to them, to our greeting at the front desk, we experienced gracious welcomes at every moment of our stay. This is a renovation of an old department store into a hotel, one that holds true to the elegance of that store while presenting a stunning modern ambience. Exquisite and spacious, well-appointed rooms and wide hallways underscore the gracious hospitality that is the Verdant’s trademark. Its location in the city center, across the street from the world-famous Racine Art Museum, a few short blocks to the lake, walking distance to a wide array of very good restaurants, could not be improved. But it would be a mistake to miss dining in the hotel’s restaurant Marguerite, or having a drink and snack at its beautiful rooftop bar, Eave. This is one of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere in the world.

Sharing our most recent "Date Night" getaway at "Verdant Hotel" on Main St, Downtown Racine
Pros:

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk concierge, and Claire Caviglia, Director of Operations. Check in was effortless, but we could not have prepared ourselves for how Amazing (wife says: "I could Live here") our room was. Simply Wonderful! Classy and Elegant! Staff was amazing and very helpful. We visited the roof top bar "Eave", sat by the fire table, enjoyed a glass of wine and just relaxed...loved this time together. We will be back again soon!
