Excellent staff and the cleanest hotel. We will stay here again.
Pros:

The staff are amazing to deal with and so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Valet attendant went above and beyond for us. It is a very safe and secure hotel.

Cons:

Nothing that had anything to do with the hotel or the staff at all everything there was great. If I had to pick something it would be the amount of homelessness that exists in the downtown area.
