We enjoyed our stay! Room was comfortable clean and convenient!

Cons:

No complimentary coffee or breakfast, be more clear that there is valet parking no parking on sight, our room happened to be facing the bus stop so was a bit noisy with bus coming and going and people congregating!

Pros:

It was in a great location, we came for hockey and a concert, both and the grand casino arena. The metro bus stops right infront of hotel and right by lots of great restaurants. The valet parking was so nice and convenient. The staff were so great and friendly, especially security/valet! The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

The bed was a bit firmer than I’d prefer but that’s just a personal preference. Nothing to complain about!

Pros:

Staff was so kind, so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean. Great location if attending an event. Another perk is the valet parking.

For the price of my stay it was ok!
Pros:

You could walk to many different restaurants. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t care for the amount of noise you could hear from the street. Also no breakfast! When I received my invoice I was charged a $25.00 parking tax and other taxes that pushed the total of my stay way more then I anticipated.
