Pros:

It was cheap. Bathroom looked newly redone. Comfy bed, water pressure was great & stayed hot. Cute little check in gift bag you get ear plugs for the noise.

Cons:

No elevator 3 flights of stairs. my room & the room next to me had a crazy smell to it I almost like someone live there with a cat, smelt it worse when the neighbor opened her door. Bought carpet freshener kinda took the smell away. It was loud during the day due to the location. But was a great location.
