Pros:

The location, the bathroom, the coffee provided

Cons:

Needed a different layout. Uncomfortable tv placement, had to crank our necks to watch tv, needs a small couch, too bright were the overhead lighting, the door into the building did not automatically lock after leaving. The gutter needs to be repaired above that door as it poured over the entrance.

Would book again! Convenient location
Pros:

Loved the cleanliness, the coffee, storage so my bags didn't have to sit out. I loved how the sunlight came in the large windows

The staircase hike, no full length mirror, the small shower

Pros:

Cleanliness and quiet location. Newly remodeled in quaint old house. Near (walking distance) to the social district.

Cons:

Had to communicate with staff through answering service. Door lock code had to be reset during stay.

The cost, location, coffee, and newer updates were all great.
Pros:

The full kitchen was great. It was nice to have the ability to have and prep our own food. The building has clearly been renovated and updated, and the space was clean. The complimentary coffee was delicious!

Cons:

I didn't like that there wasn't staff on site, for questions or assistance. When I tried to call about an early check in, I had to go through an AI bot, that sent a message to the owners. They responded with an email, but when I replied, I never heard back.

Would stay again. Very nice
Pros:

Close to downtown and lake. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable! Quiet. Could not hear other occupants in next unit which helps when sleeping. Having full kitchen unit is nice. I did not use it but for others it’s definitely a plus. Parking was easy access. I parked on the street

Cons:

For an older person the stairs was a little too many. No full length mirror. I didn’t realize their was so many stairs.

Pros:

The location was great, a short walk a couple blocks to downtown and the park on the water. The studio unit was very clean and the refurbed historic building made it unique. It’s a nice apartment for the price of a hotel room.
