Staff was incredible
Pros:

Very secure and easy to get around. We arrived late in the night and we had been driving for about 8 hours. I called the property early in our drive to let them know and the night manager was waiting and ready for us when we arrived. The sweetest person and made check in so easy for us. The room was clean and comfortable! Not being from the area and unsure where to stay this was a pleasant experience.

Cons:

I wish they had breakfast, the kitchen is great but we were staying overnight.

Room and beds were comfortable and it is important . But the rest needs much improvement
Pros:

Bathroom was not entirely clean , garbage was not picked up from the room . there was no TV service my entire stay (2 nights) . It is unacceptable these days .

Cons:

We reserved a premium room through booking. Com because that was shown as the only room available. However, when we arrived we were informed only a standard room was available. We didn't want the premium room anyway so all good right? Wrong. The hotel refused to refund the rather substantial difference between the standard room and the premium room. I contacted Booking. Com and they said hotel continued to refuse a refund so booking gave us a $31 courtesy credit on our booking account. Could this just be a routine bait and switch by this Candlewood hotel?

Pros:

Friendly staff, the facility and room was very clean

Cons:

The sliding door in the shower needs to be adjusted. Very difficult to move. We notified staff when we checked out. They apologized and said they would have it adjusted

It was a very beautiful weekend and I enjoyed the comfort of the hotel.
Pros:

The ambience.
The staffs were very polite, helpful and kind.
They attended to all your needs.

Cons:

My kids were looking forward to having complementary breakfast. But there was none.

I should have booked directly but I probably won’t use IHG in the future.
Pros:

Good location and clean

Cons:

The site failed to honor my reservation for a handicapped accessible bathroom, making it impossible for me to shower properly. When I questioned this they stated one was not available. Also, room was next to the stairs and people were up and down at all hours. Cheap construction of facility had us listening to the upstairs toilet Les and showers draining.
