Upkeep of this property beyond the lobby are is not being done. The rooms should smell and look just like the lobby are

Cons:

Room 111 needs major repairs from the bathroom tile to the overall room baseboards and paint. The room smells very musty and mold forming on the wall due to the high humidity in the room.

The bed was wonderful and a very clean room.
Pros:

The Serta bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

Cons:

Just cosmetic items need repaired. The wooden wall was coming all apart and there was a smell in the hallway.

Cons:

Everything. Lobby not welcoming, empty, no atmosphere. Just dirty outdated chairs and a lady behind the counter who was not exactly polite and grouchy to put it mildly. Never was the word please or thank you uttered. She engaged at a bare minimum level. Guys outside entry doors drinking and smoking, like that was where they hang out. Then the room was dirty and run down. Felt kinda like a remodeled garage.
