Overall, it was a blessing and when I say a Godsend blessing, I mean every word!
Pros:

Very peaceful, location just the right distance away from event location.

Cons:

The only thing was that one of the doors you’d exit/enter to access to get to your room would slam close. So during the night when other visitors would be coming in to go to their room or leaving out it was pretty annoying and loud.

Pros:

I love the services from your 11pm thru 7 am desk clerk she is awesome n she goes beyond to make sure you got all that you need. She is very friendly,nice and always making sure you got what you need .

Cons:

My check in clerk was very rude n always talked with an attitude and was mad. Also, if you promise a kitchen make sure you have enough for each room ..my kitchen was not complete😫

Clean safe and affordable place to stay.
Pros:

I was particularly pleased with the overall value of the accommodation. The front desk employee was very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory and the property seemed safe.

Cons:

The air conditioning system could use some cleaning. The fans had quite a bit of dirt buildup. The room I was in had a door to the courtyard and the electronic reader was inoperable causing us to be locked out because the front door was dead bolted - thankfully the front desk employee had the keys to unlock the courtyard door.

Upkeep of this property beyond the lobby are is not being done. The rooms should smell and look just like the lobby are

Cons:

Room 111 needs major repairs from the bathroom tile to the overall room baseboards and paint. The room smells very musty and mold forming on the wall due to the high humidity in the room.
