Cons:

This hotel use my card under unauthorized via deposit payment information. Although I paid accommodation fee thru Booking.com they tried double payment and canceled that try after checkout. And yesterday they used my card again even I am currently come back to Korea and I am sueing the wrong payment with unauthorized card using.

The Best
Pros:

The staff on Nov. 16th around 7:30 pm were exceptional. I was extremely ill, traveling solo and the manager /security and front desk guy who often does the bell service came to make sure that I was ok and didn’t need emergency services. They could have stopped at the call but they felt compelled to make sure that I was ok. I ended up with pneumonia so it was very serious but it was comforting knowing that I was alone even though I was traveling solo. It’s always awesome to see people go above and beyond. The staff is consistent here and always responsive and courteous. I could stay anywhere when I’m in town but this is an all around fav. The Starbucks, the bar. the restaurant atop, the restaurant in the lobby has a divine croissant breakfast sandwich. Jin’s is also amazing! Thank you Westin!
