Amazing hotel hotels
Pros:

What not to like the decor the whole hotel is wow . The staff was amazing. Great location for the event I attended and for our meal . Breakfast was amazing.

We would stay here agin so very nice
Pros:

This is a very beautiful hotel . So convenient to the concert that we went to have stayed here three times prior to this. We’ll keep on going back. Everything was nice and clean and so close to everything we needed it to be.

An overall fabulous time, we would come back again.
Pros:

Very close to the convention center, which was perfect because the weather was not very cooperative. Easy to access by Uber from the airport.
Very clean, comfortable, and inviting inside. Staff were accommodating, pleasant, and attentive.

Cons:

Our coffee maker didn’t work, waters were not replenished daily. This is kind of a big deal for my family.

Cons:

Room was HOT! We switched to another room and it was still hot. Thermostat was permanently set. When we tried to change it it went back up. Also restaurant ran out of food.
