The Avery Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at the Avery! Loved the rustic and cozy look of the hotel!! Front desk staff were so friendly! I’ll be back soon!!

Harley at the front desk , was great , made me feel right at home . The valet took care of the parking and any questions of restaurants , things going on and how to get there .

Quaint hotel in the middle of Boise. The staff was delightful and the beds were comfy. These are not large rooms with no views, but they have plenty of space, including a large armoire, couch, and refrigerator. There is a fantastic bar and restaurant downstairs and don't miss the Speakeasy in the back!! No breakfast, but there is a cute little place just down the street. Highly recommend

I stayed in Boise just one night, and was really happy with the central location offered by the Avery. It had an old-fashioned feel, but was thoroughly updated. Staff was friendly. Near to restaurants, clubs and shopping.

We had the most incredible stay here!
Room and entire hotel is full of character and was thoughtfully decorated! If you love art, you'll adore this place.
We also dined at the Avery restaurant and it was absolutely impeccable and delicious! For dessert we went to the Tiner's Bar attached to the hotel and again so wonderful. Stellar service, food and drinks! We will be back!

What a beautiful historic hotel, but go ahead and pay for the Valet parking otherwise, you are left trying to find parking that can be even more expensive and then will have to drag your luggage in the back door, through the bar, across the edge of the kitchen and around the corner to the elevator.

The room and bathroom was beautiful and so well remodeled with time period pieces. Amazing water pressure in the shower for an old hotel. Food was good in the restaurant. I would highly recommend!

The staff was awesome and super accommodating. Thank you Lee for confirming our restaurant reservations. My 60th birthday celebration in Boise was very memorable. We will be back!

The people are very friendly and accommodating. The location is walking distance to downtown. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean, Good Staff.. Room 404 no view a window overlooking exhaust shaft.
Included Breakfast was to run until 9am but 99% gone when one of us arrived at 8:10 only 2 tater tots 1strip of bacon, a few scoops of eggs and dry toast. When second person arrived at 8:20 am only a scoop of eggs and toast available. I was told they that had a big crowd… all guests told breakfast is included, and should be provided, no excuses

Friendly and competent staff. Beautiful room with amenities. The Avery has a wonderful atmosphere that is warm and welcoming.

Beautiful historic hotel but unless you use the valet parking you will find yourself dragging luggage through the back, the bar, by the kitchen to get to the elevator. Very strange and a bit awkward. Nice room and great shower.
