Meeting House Boutique Hotel

The room was clean and comfortable.
The location was great and the room was quiet.
The bakery was awesome and I'm glad it was included with the room.

This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Wonderful little boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere with a delicious cafe and patio bar. Highly recommend as an alternative to corporate, cookie-cutter hotels.

Always love our time at The Meeting House. Rooms are clean, comfortable and location is superb. The cafe is fabulous, the complimentary coffee and pastry each morning is appreciated. We always buy more to share with our local family.

The hotel was fine. The best features were the cozy restaurant and the outdoor patio with a fire pit. The muffins and the baked goods at the restaurant were amazing and the vouchers were a nice touch.

The Meeting House is beautifully restored, comfortable, and welcoming, with attentive service and a great location. Having Godfrey’s Bakery & Café downstairs is a wonderful bonus. A charming place that truly feels like home.

Lovely place with great atmosphere and attention for detail. Combination with the Godfrey's Bakery inside the building is a real winner. Internal walls are thin so if you are as unlucky as me you do hear the snoring and the 2am phonecalls of the people nextdoor.

Meeting House Boutique Hotel is definitely a gem!!! Very cozy, inviting, friendly atmosphere. Starting from check in , to checking out. It was a beautiful experience. Not to mention fresh cookies when we checked in! Love it ! Oh n the restaurant attached to the hotel…Godfrey’s…very nice fireplace going people chatting away…wine being served. It’s definitely a vibe! Will be back soon

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Falls Church is a gorgeous town, and we were so happy to be just down the street from Family. The cafe that is part of the hotel is beautiful, and the food was so incredible. We will definitely be back!

I would happily stay at the Meetinghouse hotel again. It is within easy reach of Washington DC and/or the Metro. The rooms are spare but clean and the everyone was very helpful at the hotel. I liked the inclusion of Saratoga water in the room along with the welcome muffin. Godfrey's is a great find on its own. The fact that you get to have a breakfast there as part of the stay is a real benefit. Given the tendency to have to pay for parking at DC properties, free parking at the Meetinghouse was appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival in evening no one at desk, I walked to bakery to get someone to come get me a key. Not that big a deal, yet wasn’t aware desk is not manned.

Was told coffee is ready in lobby at 7 am. Yes, coffee was ready, however it was cold and in my opinion, old tasting. Rooms have no microwave so wasn’t able to heat it up. I went to bakery to ask if I could get a hot cup and they were pleasant and gave me a larger cup. Sadly, it too was cold.

Two of three mornings they were sold out of muffins early, so coupons were not able to be used unless you purchased other items and would get $5 off.

Staff was pleasant and room was very clean. One morning hot water was limited.

Ample parking and I would stay again. Just offering this as constructive comments. Thank you.

Service was excellent

My wife and I recently stayed. The place was very clean (clean like a brand new facility and you were the first to use it). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is perfect for just getting place to come back to for laying your head for a night’s sleep. We would definitely do it again. Met our need. The one or 2 items that were a little disruptive….the room’s heater/ a/c unit came on and off in an odd fashion that interrupted sleep initially. It would come on for about 20 seconds, shut down for 15-20 seconds and then came back on for a longer stint to get the room to the selected temp as set. This happened throughout the night. My wife is a light sleeper and I am a relatively heavy sleeper and it woke both of us. The only other item is there was only regular coffee, no Decaf. I have never been to a place that did not offer both. That was disappointing and in my view should be a heavily considered add to the offerings.

The attached Godfrey’s cafe’ was very good and should definitely be tried when there.

Will definitely stay again to see if these items are fixed/added.
