Great quiet and clean hotel.

Best place to stay I. The area

Pool was down and that's why i booked website never said pool was down. Disappointed. I couldn't cancel i wouldn't have gotten my money back.

Everything was fine.

Beds were very comfortable & quiet.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The entire property seems new, and it’s kept up extremely well. Plenty of parking in a quiet location. All staff members were courteous and professional, and really quite friendly and personable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. My room was quiet, very clean with extremely comfortable pillows. I will stay here the next time I’m in the area.

Friendly staff clean room Hotel looks brand new. My only complaint is the breakfast which is the same not great tasting breakfast they have at most hotels.

Room 233 had a vent in the bathroom that whistled all night. We could not sleep.

Our room had the deadbolt locked open upon arrival, and tge door itself wouldn't latch. You couldn't lock the

So disappointed. The room is average. The air conditioning is very loud. The water pressure is almost non-existent. The bathroom sink faucet is drilled back too far making it almost impossible to wash your hands (not to mention how weak the water pressure is). PLUS, the pool is almost always closed! We were here for a week in June and the pool was closed the entire time. We have grandkids that were extremely disappointed. When we were here last December, it sounded like a ghost was living above us because there was a horrible "ghostly" noise as well as clanking noise that kept coming out of our bathroom fan (fan was OFF). We come to Mansfield/Ontario twice a year, every year, and switched to this hotel from the one next door because this one was brand new (and that one wasn't all that great). Unfortunately we will once again be looking for a new hotel in the area. Isn't there a really nice hotel in the Ontario area? Ugh.

Staff were so nice and the hotel was very clean and had a great breakfast and great coffee. We felt safe in the area. We would definitely stay here again would highly recommend it to others.
