The stay was ok, the bedding was clean and towels fresh and the air conditioning worked.
When you first get to the hotel it seems very sketchy with random things sitting at the front, a big used utility wheel, golf balls in the parking lot, chairs sitting at the front for people to sit and smoke, and that is too each there own, but it does not make a good 1st impression, nor does coming and going and not seeing staff, exception- the sweet lady cleaning rooms. Only at check in, did we see anyone at the front, he was pleasant enough though. The entry area of the hotel is cluttered with oddities, very unsure who owns this hotel, but they need to give it a little attention, clean it up a bit, the room we had could have used a bit more detail, behind the toilet was dirty, the sink didn't drain well at all and there was hair in the bathtub. Mind you this is coming from someone that previously was a GM for a hotel chain, in the state that I live in and many other states. Attention to detail is key! And if you are advertising said hotel on websites for consumers to stop and get a room, it needs to look like the pictures you post on the websites and not how it looked when we pulled and not like how the entry area looks now. It needs clean lines and attention to detail!

Great staff. They were very welcoming. Bed was super comfortable. The look of the outside of this hotel is a little messy and not appealing. I think if you judged a book by the cover you would be wrong. The only negative remake I have is that the outside needed to be cleaned up a bit but everything else about this hotel was awesome!!

The room was very comfortable. It's a no frills hotel at the right price.
There was nothing much available on the breakfast bar within 30 minutes after available time.

Just a few cosmetic issues but other than that it was fine
The room was clean, but too much noise
We pulled up and there were grown men peeing in the parking lot. They give us a queen sized bed instead of a king. Locked out of our room at 3 am because keys rarely worked.
The only negative, is not so much about the hotel but the surrounding area. Needs to be cleaned up and the entrance to the hotel needs some landscaping done.
I chose this hotel because they accept dogs and Jessica, was awesome, securing a room that was on first floor & close to the door. (I did call her ahead & let her know) They do house workmen, as most these days, but they weren’t noisy and were nice people and the hotel was quiet and I felt safe.
