I would not stay there again.

The staff was great

Cons:

The bathroom toilet ran to fill up every twenty minutes and there was a very heavy person in the room above us that thumped around every time they got up.

Wonderful as always.
Pros:

We always love how nicely decorated and newly renovated all Tru hotels look. They are also very clean, usually have a pool table in the lobby, and lots of snacks so you don’t have to make any extra stops!

Elevator very slow, condensation on the air vent by the elevator dripped on our heads, condensation will lead to mildew hotel needs a dehumidifier.

I did not like being charged $30 for “incidentals” when we checked in.
We did not use any “incidentals” during our stay; so I have to wait and monitor my credit card to see that I get credited back that fee.
