The beds were ok, the room card keys didn't work half the time, the shower was good, it was noisy, the staff was not that pleasant

Toilet wasn't bolted down to the floor! The nuts were laying there, but not bolted down! (Room 101)

It was quiet and comfortable the rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy I give this hotel a 100 percent satisfaction.

Convenient location, reasonably priced

It was as I expected it to be for the price.

Hotel is a okay hotel, not a high end but worked for what we needed. Could use a little updating.

When we arrived the facility did not have the room size available that we booked. We accepted another room. This room was clean, but had no shampoo, hairdryer, coffee maker,etc in the room. Said it was a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of smoke.

Our room was clean. The room was cheap, we weren't expecting much, but they are obviously understaffed, and the soda machine was even out of order. Felt as though most of the Inn's rooms were taken up by permanent guests. Heard talking and TV's/barking dogs through the night.

The property and the area was clean and quiet with easy access to local happenings

Upon arrival we had to wait a good 5-7 minutes after ringing a bell (which felt like forever) before the front desk person came to check us in. There was no one around to greet us or tend to us at the front desk. The hallways and entrance reeked of cigarette smoke. The hotel itself felt like a ghost town all in itself. The room we stayed in did not smell bad at all, nor did it smell like cigarettes, which was so odd given everything else had such a strong smell of cigarettes. I'm grateful for the space though. The room looked outdated and the sheets pillow cases, and comforters looked very old and very worn. Everything was clean though. VERY CLEAN. Floors, bathrooms, hallways, counters,
in room fridge, microwave, tables, chairs and windows, I MEAN EVERYTHING was clean. Not a speck of dust, dirt, garbage or lint. We got a really good deal on the room so we basically got what we paid for.

Overall the stay was good. Only complaint is the room next door had a yippy small dog that woke me up a few times.

Had a gentleman and his wife walk into our room at midnight leading to a sleepless night for my daughter and I. Then received a call from front desk stating didn’t know we checked in

It smelled of stale cigarettes. Room was not updated. We didn’t even stay. We went to another hotel.

It was ran down it smelled old nothing is up to date. Bed was so old that it was very flat not comfortable at all. Sheets were old as well. It was not a pleasant stay at all

Dirty... plus furniture, bedsheets, bathroom conditions unbelievable. Never would have expected to see such a place anywhere...can buy better undamaged items at Goodwill... I have never slept on a mattress with a hole in it. Unbelievable. Unfortunately did not have time to find a better place... should have asked for a refund and slept in the car. Front desk not open.
