The lobby staff were helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast missed proteins and something yo fill our stomach that is not sweet, such as boiled eggs and som bagels and creamcheese. The fruits were very fine, fresh and sufficient. Also coffee and tea was fine.
I liked the artwork, the bed was nice to sleep in, the bathroom was small, but had what you needed, nice warm water!
Nice soaps and the room was comfortable. (I just messed a sma;; table and a chair (had my computer and would have liked to work a bit more on it. Perhaps you could have a few rooms also with a a table or desk and a chair?) But otherwise it was a NICE room

There are a lot of amenities offered that we didn't use. We were only there for a night. The room was a good size but there was an odor in the room, hallway and elevator that was bothersome to put it nicely. Breakfast was pleasant. The location is in the city where the unhoused addicted population is overwhelming.

The check in experience was extremely smooth and easy! There was also easy, private overnight parking that was located on sight and felt safe. Check out was just as easy if not easier. I wish I had stayed for longer than one night to check out all the included accommodations such as the restaurant and gym located just across the street. Overall a great experience! Clean rooms, friendly staff and ease of check in and check out have impressed me enough to stay again when I am in the city next.

Came with my kids to see the sights. Edward was super nice and welcoming and let us check in early (thankfully because my teen daughter wanted to rest after traveling all day from Arkansas.). He helped us learn how to travel around the city and where and how to use the cable cars. He was super helpful. Thanks!

Safian at the front desk was very helpful he is good

Hotel had a decent price point and convenient location for the main bus lines. There were some things to see in the area as well. The lobby was really nice, and there was nighttime security as well. You also need your room key to tap into the front door as well as the elevator during the evening hours. The hotel itself is not in a bad area, but it is a few blocks from one so, the security helpful, though I hadn’t experienced any issues.

The room itself was the main drawback as it was a little rundown. There was a hole in the wall, the windows let in a lot of outside air, and I had some ants. My room window also was right where pigeons would like to hang out. The walls are also pretty thin as well so I was able to hear, neighbor noise and conversation pretty easily. Some other up sides, though were that breakfast was provided and the TV channels were pretty comprehensive.

I might stay again if I was in San Francisco, but may also shop around a little

The room was reasonably priced and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking.
