Check your amenities before you settle in...
Pros:

Easy online booking. Parking on site. Close to the theater I had tickets for.

Cons:

Put in a first floor room on a sketchy alley. Loud street noises all night long.

Bed had a noticeable dip in the bottom corner near the bathroom(hopefully from years of people getting dressed after showering) that kept pulling me across the bed while I was trying to sleep. Really odd experience to have gravitational pull in a king sized bed...

Online listing included a coffee maker but there were only disposable cups and packets of sweeteners...

Great staff, comfortable bed , best we had in California to be honest

Cons:

moquette was dirty all over the hotel, the position is super bad, right outside you find homeless people shooting up and zombieing around

The hotel was not what was advertised, way too expensive for the size and hidden fees like amenities per night added on? The only amenity i saw was the foosball table in the lobby. Checked in my first night and immediately checked out and cancelled 20 minutes later.

Hotel sin pretensiones en SF, si no quieres pagar los altos precios de otras opciones.
Pros:

Hotel suficiente para pasar unos días en San Francisco. Bien ubicado cerca del centro. Buena cama. La habitación tiene lo necesario. Teniendo en cuenta los precios altos de esta ciudad, tenía un precio razonable.

Cons:

Las fotos del anuncio no se corresponden con la realidad. Como suele suceder, todos es más viejo y de peor calidad. La puerta no aísla bien el ruido del pasillo. El hotel retiene USD 200 aunque hayas prepagado.

Location was convenient to public transportation and area was quiet at night. Sidewalks were clean. Convenient to supermarkets and restaurants. Close to BART station to get to airport.

Cons:

No desk or chair for working with a laptop. Had to pull the heavy sofa toward the bed to create a work space.

Did not like thar i booked a dissbility access room and found put was unable to access shpwer as i had to climb over the top of a bathtub. Even tjough i had specifically booked and management had confirmed it was a disability acces room. Was moved to a smaller room

The internet was very good

Cons:

The elevator was on maintenance and we switched rooms, the breakfast option we did not see it just the coffe and tea station.
Not great that we need to pay for parking inside the hotel but I guess it’s the location/city

If you don't expect too much and want to stay at a budget place, this is fine. Lousy breakfast.

Breakfast is terrible: only overly sweet pastries and "croissants" that are tasteless. The rooms are dark and rather old, though clean and if you don't mind it simple it is fine.

Nice staff. Central location. Good value. Some security risks.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. It was an easy checkin and checkout process. The place was clean. The only thing was this gum visibly stuck to sofa. The location was only a few minutes walk to the BART and main bus stops. There are convenience stores open late. The location is only 1 ride to the airport and tourist spots.

Cons:

There were homeless people on the way from thr BART / bus stops to the hotel. So it was a bit scary especially at night. Our room was on the first floor. Really noisy. Some concerns with being safe in the courtyard, since the only security access is our room door already. There is a security person but they don't check if we are staying there so anyone might be able to attempt to come in. We can hear the other room too. There was gum visibly stuck to the sofa.
