Cons:

It smelled like urine and feces throughout the property and the rooms. We asked if there was available parking and we were told no but the front desk, but then when the next person in line asked if there was parking the front desk said yes.

Breakfast was a joke! Cold rolls and no coffee, staff kept saying being made across the street. No locking windows or screens on 5th floor room, very dangerous!!!! Bathroom smaller than on a cruise ship! Mirror so high couldn’t see myself in it, No counter space in bathroom. Rugs in lobby filthy.
Very rough neighborhood!
Tight tight parking!

The pictures on the website did not match the room we stayed in. The office needs a makeover.
Pros:

There were two options on the pastry bread. I wasn't impressed at all. Maybe offer cold cereal or fruit instead.

Cons:

The room's carpet was stained and dirty. The window closest to the street has spider webs and the bed was lopsided. The room was very small and compact. Not much room to move around. For the price we paid, not at all impressed.

It was okay, but as a hotel you need to ensure employees who are at the desk aren’t getting distracted on their personal

It’s not a lit breakfast, it was just fruits and coffee.
Staff weren’t really paying attention and weren’t attentive. I also felt like the room are quite small and walls are too think that I could hear people. Not once housekeeping came to clean the room when we were away. Also ridiculous how you would charge a 45$ fee for a late check out. Also lying about having a pool when it’s a different hotel. I had to ask 2x for towels mind you it’s was 5 hours apart when I asked them for towels.
