Pros:

Close to the ports

Cons:

Front desk rep had no personality and was very nonchalant. We arrived earlier than expected..We sat in the lobby for about 3 hours. I do understand it was before check out time my issue was we asked about early check in and asked to be notified of any room availability to let us know. We watched 2 other people come in,check in and was given a key. We had to go back up to the counter and ask why she just checked in 2 other people as we are sitting that is when she checked us in only after. Her concern was none

Great location for Cruising
Pros:

The Location close to the cruise terminal. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. I stay at this location every time I cruise out of Orlando

The pool was nice. with toys for kids to play with

Cons:

I got off a cruise ship around 9am and i got to the hotel around 9:30/10ish, asked for early check in and was told no rooms were available at the time, but I sat in the Lobby until 2:45 pm because the front desk "did not want to rush housekeeping today"
as I waited in the Lobby House keepings and other front desk staffs have group conversations about unrelated work things, and also dancing in the lobbing.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The facilities were excellent. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed use of the gym, pool and breakfast. The room was spotless and smelt lovely and clean.

Stay was nice and close to port but for $300 plus a night I would have hoped for more. Excersice room had broken stuff

Property is nice but small.

Cons:

Location for cruise is great but you are not near anything but the port. Need to leave to find lower cost food options or go across to the resort and pay for subpar food.

Facilities were clean.

Cons:

The room overlooked the pool which looked very nice. However, there were kids swimming late afternoon/evening so it was loud. It wouldn't have bothered us if we hadn't drove for 9-10 hours that day.

Perfect location for a cruise. Very nice hotel.
Pros:

The staff went out of there way to help me with an issue. I needed my Bag Tags for our cruise printed.

Cons:

Well, your Hotel would be perfect if it offered a shuttle to the port. But regardless, we will be back.
