Modernes Hotel direkt am Hafen
Pros:

Ein schönes modernes und ruhiges Hotel direkt am Hafen. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, die Betten bequem. Wir hatten ein riesiges Fenster zum Hafen mit Blick auf ein Kreuzfahrtschiff. Das Frühstücksangebot war üppig.

Mein WLAN hatte leider nicht funktioniert, der General Manager hat mir persönlich dabei geholfen. Das war sehr nett!

Cons:

Es war doch ziemlich "ab vom Schuss". Fußläufig war bis auf das Schwesterhotel und den Strand (ca 10min) nichts zu erreichen.

Ich war etwas traurig - mein Mann hatte Geburtstag und ich hatte darum gebeten, als Überraschung eine Flasche Prosecco im Zimmer aufzustellen (selbstverständlich gegen Bezahlung). Dies hatte ich sowohl per Nachricht via booking.com als auch der Rezeption bei der Ankunft am Vormittag gesagt. Leider war beim späteren Check in nichts davon zu finden. Das hat mich wirklich enttäuscht.

Pros:

Clean and great location. Plenty of room. Breakfast was delicious and a step up from most included breakfast meals

Cons:

A bit pricey. Ran out of Kleenex which should never happen but especially when you pay up for a room. Our box has two different colors in it. Very tacky.

The grounds were lovely. Room was clean.

Cons:

We l didn't like the staff. They were all very rude.. They seemed bothered when questions were asked. I even addressed the issue to the manager ans he was also rude.
Also, my cousins jacket and sweatshirt were stolen from the closet. We did get it back They mailed it back to her but they denied that they had it. I immediately reported it to corporate and it suddenly appeared. This is unacceptable.
We also didn't like that there was no restaurants and shopping around. There was a Cafe across yeh court and it was horrible.

Beautiful location and it was very clean.

Cons:

The staff lady the morning of checkout was very rude when we had to call her for assistance. She didd’t greet you, just stood with a grumpy look on her face. The night shift gentleman checking us in was fabulous!

I thought the hotel was in the perfect location because we went out on a cruise ship and was able to walk directly across the street. Breakfast was really good.

Best place for a cruise out of terminal 3!!
Pros:

We loved that it was right across the street for our cruise 🛳 at terminal 3!! Big plus we walked across the street!! Also loved how the resort offered a nice restaurant mini golf and a fun arcade with a movie theater!! Really cool place!!

Cons:

Really the only thing was the dryer was out of service. Not a big deal at all.
