Pros:

Location was the only good thing! There was nothing good about this place dirty old it was discussing will never stay there again, towels looked like they were used and folded again they were wet😟bathroom did not work properly the shower it took for ever for the water to go down nothing good to say waist of money everything is old and dirty nasty 🤮

Thieves!!
Pros:

My 15 year old daughter left her wallet in the room. We thought we stopped her debit card(she has a small job at an ice cream shop) but I guess we didnt stop it because someone from the hotel used it and spent almost $100. The hotel has yet to send out her wallet(I live in PA) despite our calls and messages to the hotel manager. I threatened to involve police because this is disgusting. I understand my daughter leaving her wallet was a huge mistake but, to steal a 15 yr old hard earned money is disgusting. Adding photos of her bank showing transactions from today when we checked out yesterday at 10am.

I enjoyed being so close to the beach and the restaurants.

Cons:

Some of the staff were a bit snippy. Furthermore, the hotel itself was very gross and unclean. There was black mold in the bathroom and the room itself wasn't cleaned very well before we arrived. We paid extra for a balcony oceanfront room.. we were on the 1st floor and there was no balcony. We had a small concrete slab with peeling paint and mold. There were no chairs on the "balcony" either. The TV remote didn't work, we had to manually press the button on the bottom of the TV to change the channel, change the volume, and turn the TV on and off. Every single towel we received from the hotel had dark stains all over them and made us feel like they were not truly clean. The mini fridge in the room did not have a freezer portion. The microwave had little power, so instead of heating something up for a minute, you had to heat it up for 3 minutes to achieve the same result.

For the same price, people can get way better and cleaner hotels like Moxy and others

Cons:

The cleanliness and room service. We stayed for 3 night and got room service only for the first day. We went to front desk asking for towels but they refused by saying we will call your room as soon as we get towels.
