gross hotel, A plus beach

i really like the oceanfront view, hard to complain about that

i didn’t like that once they said my room was READY, i get in there and the one bed sheets had an ash burn on them and needed changed and there was also a gross yellow stain on the toilet seat. i went downstairs and let the guy at the front desk know and he kind of rolled his eyes and sighed like he was irritated, not sure and don’t care if he was irritated at me for bringing the issues up or the cleaners who didn’t clean but he did send people up to fix those two things. the screws from the door hinges on the inside of the room were sticking out of the door and that looked pretty ghetto and not secure. i didnt say anything about that because i highly doubted they’d fix it given that it would be whole door that needed replaced probably. i also didnt say anything about the dried snot or boogers or whatever was dried to the shower wall with a green hue. i should’ve requested a new room, a clean room!

Wonderful!
Pros:

Location was great.It was on the beach. I was in walking distance to lots of attractions. The room was nice. I loved the balcony and being able to walk onto it and enjoy the weather.

Cons:

The elevator was broken so I had to use the stairs to go back and forth.

Elevator was broken climbing up and downstairs to check out was awful. They allowed certain people to park in the front long term and that left no space to park in order to load our vehicle in checking out. Really old and dead bugs on the floor. It was the worse stay we have ever experienced. People fighting and slamming doors. Awful

Staff was nice . They were transparent about elevators breaking down. location

Cons:

State of hotel they called it a resort but it felt like a super 8.The parking was not on site.i had to walk about 1/2 block to park. Elevator being broke i have a bad knee and was on 5th floor. No towel rack in bathroom

We left and filed a claim since it was too unsafe for us to feel comfortable.

The exterior looked fine. The interior was not fine. The door of the room we were placed looked like it had been broken into with no fixes to hide the door being broken in. There seemed to be a couple of something like that having sex in the hallway or or outside a room. The people hanging around were not guest I am guessing. One bumped into me and made me uncomfortable since there was plenty of space. When we checked out right away there was a police car out front. My husband checked the police reporting and found there have multiple police interaction. My husband indicated a young woman who may have been a prostitute petting our dog. The parking according to my husband did not seem safe.

Very uncomfortable and would not recommend to anyone

We were provided with a room on 6th floor and the elevator was not working.We had to carry all our baggage through the stairs and it was totally uncomfortable.We asked the receptionist whether a room in first floor or second floor could be provided and the answer was No.So it was not a comfortable stay at all.Also some of the stairway area was stinking and was not clean at all.I wouldn’t recommend anyone for stay at this hotel.
I also asked for a discounted price for the room and they could not provide that either.We were told to check with Booking.com.Overall it was a very uncomfortable stay.

My stay was okay loved the location needed to be more cleanly and working facilities.

There was mold on my shower curtain the elevator broke after my first day and still was not fixed by the fourth day I was there the halls smelled like someone died after the first day no one comes to clean the room or give you new towels it was a basic clean the staff had to remob my floors cause there were sandy footprints and other peoples hair was in the dryer I didn’t say anything to staff cause I only saw them after day one and didn’t want to be a Karen staff were great but updates were definitely needed for what I paid

Nothing!! I pulled in to a guy sitting on the sign selling drugs and another guy cussing out a young lady in the parking lot. They are only 5 places to park. As soon as you walk in the building it stinker and mold was on the windows. The employee at the front desk looked like they hates their job and began to tell me the elevator broke do you still wanna check in. HECK NO!! I left and called booking.com for my refund. The pictures they have posted are not what this place really looks like. Its looked like a run down building.

I did not like the fact that I am still waiting for the hotel to refund me my money back because I DID NOT STAY THERE.

Location was great! Staff was very friendly! Good deal for the price

Cons:

The elevator broke on our 1st night and we were on the 6th floor with our pet. We had to climb up and down many flights of stairs to take her out to relieve herself. Quite difficult with a bad hip.
