Aqua Vista Resort Hotel

There for 4 nights, they didn’t clean the room once, ran out of toilet paper and had to wait 30 mins at the front desk for someone to get some. Guy in line behind me there for the same thing

The room was dingy, the shower curtain had mold. The exhaust in the bathroom was broken, the stopper in the sink was broken. The bed needed updated the sides would sag and felt like you were rolling off one side. There were not enough towels or toilet paper, if you called for replacements. They would tell you maid service would handle it but they would never come, you would have to locate some yourself. The elevator was down for a time.

Las instalaciones en pesimas condiciones la limpieza muy mala. No te dejan toallas en la habitación cuando pides te dan toallas manchadas y rotas. Los colchones ya están para tirarlos, el baño tiene mugre de mucho tiempo que no an limpiado. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable

The king suite room we had was dirty, hairs all over the bathroom and in the shower. Floor felt sticky. Our toilet only flushed half the time and water pressure wasn’t good which is expected for a hotel where a lot of other guests are through.

Bathroom was very outdated--- room was supposed to have a "pool view" and did not- noisy, smelly hallway
Very disappointed based on the price we paid-
We complained to management twice- Booking.com tried to get some of our money back and the hotel wouldn't respond

Elevator was a bit slow

Towel shortages. No towels at the pool. They were Mis matched and didn’t seem of hotel quality. We had to change out the linen due to stains. The coffee station was nice but it was often empty or not hot. Also we requested two rooms together because we were traveling with children. They had our rooms on different floors. They ended up getting us on the same floor but we had to go back and forth with the front desk person before he made effort to try and change it. Over all it was fine. But the rooms pictures looked different than the actual room

Room was dirty and damaged. Zero sound proofing. Constant noise from doors slamming, people walking past our room, and the mechanical closet. Parking was a super tiny lot a block away. Toilet started bubbling up soapy water??

The rooms need a lot updating with the bathroom and furniture!!!!! I had room 601. The bathroom walls had patch work unprofessionally work on. Bathroom door had moderate rust at the bottom of door. Outdoor balcony chair had missing parts with nails sticking up for injury. Request for replacement chair and never got replaced by front desk clerk. The floor lamp was completely broken and bulb hanging from the light frame. I have pictures

Very outdated, no caddy’s in the shower to put your things on, parking-lot was a street over.

found a fish hook and line on the patio (could of been a dog disaster) loud- but expected.

No washer and dryer to use in the hotel. We were given only 2 bath towels for a family of three in spite of telling the housekeeper.

Parking kind of sucked

It’s was old, dirty, and the mini fridge froze everything.
