I showed up at the hotel and they said they had no info on my pre-paid reservation and that they were completely booked that night. Besides, the place looked like a dump.
Now, I can't figure out who needs to refund my money.

Don’t book here!!! Gross rooms and they will not give u a refund!!!

The shower had little pressure. The bathroom was dirty, The windo was missing another curtain and the street light entered the room.

Clarify first if it is a nonsmoking room before booking. The room smelled of smoke.

No coat hangers available on request.

Night manager was amazing

Day manager hid behind a glass room and could only talk through an opening.


Price is decent.

This property was probably the worst place that I have ever stayed in. The entire place should be torn down and made to be a parking lot... The bathroom was average, the shower drain couldn't keep up with the shower... The fridge was leaking and noisy, the tv is a computer monitor.

One of the worst places I have stayed anywhere in the world, I am extremely disappointed.

Great place to stay if you have pets. No breed or size restrictions. Just $10/night per pet. You could kinda tell they‘re working on improving the property condition, but they got their work cut out for them. Floors were kinda sticky, linens had cigarette burns. For the price though, decent. It’s not a luxurious stay, but a value stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff. No vermin.

A diamond in the rough. I was apprehensive when I first saw the hotel but was immediately relieved when the friendly staff and neighbors greeted me. This was a last minute booking during a conference when almost every other hotel was already sold out. The price was beyond reasonable and I slept peacefully. I will definitely be staying here again!

This was a true dive hotel. Entire room smelled like smoke. Had to wash everything I brought into the room.

Easy access

Overall a good, basic place to stay while visiting Montgomery. Older rooms and furniture, but all functional. Friendly front desk and staff.

Great price. Quiet at night. The rooms could use some updating and at least a mini fridge but they are not terrible.. love that they are pet friendly and have a very responsible pet fee!

I booked this hotel for one night while on a road trip from St. Louis Mo to Florida. VERY sketchy place. A very wild looking unkept man was behind the window. He told me he knew nothing about a reservation. He wouldn't even take my name! But... I called Hotels.com, and they found me a different hotel. It was more money, but Hotels.com paid the difference! I will never recommend this hotel, but always reccommend Hotels.com! Many good hotels!

This was the most horrible hotel stay in our lives!! When we arrived at 4 pm, no one was in the check-in office. I had to ring a bell several times and finally someone walked across the parking lot. I asked for 2 keys and he said that there would be an extra charge for the second key!!! The room was disgusting. It smelled like cigarette smoke, there were cigarette burns on the bed spreads, the baseboards and heating unit were filthy, there were bugs, the heating unit did not heat up the room properly, there was no way to make coffee, the bath towels were so small that we had to use our own towels from our car, the washcloths felt like sandpaper, there were no hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or extra toilet paper. We did not feel safe. We could hear and see fighting going on in the parking lot. We are extremely surprised that hotels.com would even list such a disgusting place. NOT HAPPY!!
