AWFUL GROSS DIRTY WILL NOT REFUND

Cons:

Rooms and amenities are NOT WHAT IS SHOWN ONLINE!!! Horribly dirty, covered in mold, dirty wet towels piled in closet, blood and stains on futons and beds, trash on property, multiple areas boarded up with boards falling over. Had to leave within one hour of being there after second room they gave us was COVERED IN MOLD AND DIRT. Property manager hung up on booking.com rep and refused to work with them regarding a refund. Left us out with no place to stay at 8 pm with a 7 year old when we came from almost 1000 miles away. Horrible horrible experience. BEWARE

Not pleasant but would like to try again cuz shit happens ..just was pricey to not enjoy first time

The room smelled horrible of rotten eggs and I called down to office and they sent someone up with room spray which I already had and wasn’t gonna help so we had to shower and stay at a friends place for the day before we went back to sleep so didn’t get to enjoy stay

Well worth the money.
Pros:

Room was very clean and location was great. The service was incredible.

Cons:

The futons in the living area might be fine for sleeping but were very uncomfortable for just sitting in and trying to watch tv.

How close it is to the beach. The staff was very kind. Especially the Hispanic lady that cleaned the rooms. I believe her name was Maria. Showers need better pressure but overall amazing experience.
