Far better than expected
Pros:

Ms. Connie is by far the most wonderful manager we have ever met at any establishment. Shes committed to actually creating a wonderful experience for her guests and it shows. She knew we were going to the races and surprised our son by bringing in her favorite race car from home, and talked to him every single time she saw him. Safe to say, within 2 days he couldnt wait to see Ms. Connie and give her hugs. Her entire staff was honestly so engaging and welcoming. Shout out to Mr. Theo as well for his attentive nature. The breakfast is far better than most continentals, includes fresh pancakes, (hickey mouse option,) good scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. They have a sort of happy hour where you can get free snacks such as meatballs, sliders, nachos, and salad as well as 3 free cocktails! The bar is very nice as well. We are excited to return for our next visit. The hotel is nice, but the staff is phenomenal. -Sarah, Foley, and Elijah

My #1 Hotel
Pros:

I love the hospitality and the love and how when they saw you walking from the elevator or into the hotel they greeted you by your name and it was just felt like home and I came from out of town from Oklahoma in my fiance and I just loved it I love how they eat breakfast and you get to eat dinner and you get free free alcoholic drinks you can't really think it's like a date night I really enjoyed it and I would definitely be back I like how they have the spa and the pool and it was heated and I love the soup that I stayed in it was the view of the AT&t stadium my husband is a big Dallas cowboys here so that was awesome and I love having a thug was beat up I love taking bath and it was so wonderful and it was like a getaway we didn't have her kids so I enjoyed that the only thing I would say is doesn't like the tub it was in the room to be jetted but other than that the hotel away like right I rate it from a 1-10 and I rate it at 1000

Great stay, clean, comfortable, convenient location!
Pros:

Great hotel, breakfast great, location convenient, clean, rooms excellent.

Cons:

At check in no sign of reservation which was made in Dec. but staff called third party site and resolved it in about 15 minutes. Also called desk to request no housekeeping which was done anyway so message was not delivered to staff.

This is hotel food?!
Pros:

The staff was genuinely kind and the breakfast was delicious. I ordered food late Saturday night and although it took a bit due a massive order before mine, the staff attending me were so polite and apologized for the delay. The food I got was PHENOMENAL. I ordered the turkey and cheese sandwich and it honestly it was the best one I’ve had in a long time and my tots were actually crunchy! The pancakes were the best hotel pancakes I ever had and the man making them was so cheerful and funny.
