Perfect

Short stay but we had everying we needed. Staff friendly and helpful

Beautiful room but horrible breakfast : powder scrambled eggs (other guests left it in their plate too), fresh bread is not refilled regularly, low quality ingredients. The complementary lemon water was full of black/old mint leaves from the day before... The staff at Check-out was polite and payed attention to my remarks (thank you !). Please improve the quality of the breakfast because I love going to this hotel for business trip.

Les plus: bel hôtel, bien aménagé, jolies chambres, personne très serviable et souriante à l'accueil.
Les moins: la piscine n'est en fait qu'un bassin de spa, donc formule spa obligatoire sur rendez-vous ..., petit déjeuner suffisant mais peu varié, la femme de chambre a qui on a dit de faire la chambre alors que nous étions là ...

Very convenient hotel for historic centre of Rouen. Hotel facilities excellent

Stayed with my wife and two young kids. Room was a good size and well appointed, very comfortable for us. Parking downstairs was easy to access from the room and the road. Overall really enjoyed the hotel and stay

Hi I had booked two rooms a twin room and a deluxe room with city view. When I booked in the lady on reception quoted me a credit card number that was not mine and I clearly explained it was not my credit card. Still she proceeded to book me into the room - 224 and 227. I went to room 224 and it was not ready so my husband and I waited in the corridor for the cleaners to finish )(circa 5.00pm) . We went in and unpacked. About an hour later another customer entered the room with a key card. Clearly she had been booked into the room too. A few minutes later a different member of hotel staff knocked on the door and asked me who I was. She then explained she thought the original staff member had made a mistake and booked us into the wrong room. She offered no apology and did not mention that we were not in the deluxe room we had booked. I later went down to reception and I asked about the deluxe room, she said the only thing we were missing was a coffee machine (this is not correct) and that we could have a free coffee from the bar. The next morning when I went to check out a different person on reception again asked me if I was the other customer and tried to charge me for their breakfast. Why had out details not been changed on the system? Why did I keep being asked if I was the other customer and I believe that I should have been offered a coffee machine, robe, slipppers etc given I had booked and paid for a deluxe room?

Très propre et confortable. Par contre, la piscine est payante, 13€ la visite par personne…

Bien situé perché au dessus de Rouen, idéalement placé pour aller au centre-ville, voiture ou velo, ou en ballade en vélo proche du bois Guillaume. Calme et très beau panorama, dans un bel établissement reconverti.

Lovely hotel for a quick stop over. Staff were excellent, great breakfast and beautiful grounds.

All was excellent, but an extra charge for a swimming pool that was listed as one of hotel's facilities was a disappointment :(

Un hôtel plus industriel, plus adapté dans le cadre de déplacement de travail, j’imagine un seul accès aux chambres si votre chambre est à l’autre bout, pas de chance, ce qui était notre cas. Le ménage de la chambre était approximatif (des cheveux dans la douche/ poussière sur la tablette de la sdb - verres poussiéreux - machine à café pleine de poussière également - pas de bouteilles d’eau)
Des fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas entièrement.
Le petit déjeuner est assez complet.
Proche du centre - en voiture.
Parking très élevé (19€ la nuit)
La piscine n’est pas accessible autrement qu’en ajoutant une offre spa - interdit au moins de 15ans.
Aucun charme pour cet hôtel.

Indendørs og udendørs spisning. Ikke for stort ment kort. Dejligt komfortabelt lyst rum med udsigt og gode senge. Wifi ikke sikret. Parkeringskælder 19 euro - lun og låst.

Lovely modern hotel walkable into Rouen but took about 25 mins so got a taxi back. We liked the city a lot.
Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food

Firstly it’s a beautiful new hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. People are nice and welcoming

Couple of complaints…everything is “extra” pool access (size of a bathtub) €20 each. Parking €19, breakfast €25 EACH! If your a family of 4 that’s €100! You can get a steak meal in Rouen for that price!
