Drap non changé. Manque une grande serviette. Pas de choix de pains. Personnel sympathique. Toujours en attente de la facture.

Great location, food was a nice perk, clean, spacious room and wonderful a bed helpful staff. I highly recommend.

Air conditioning did not work properly leading to a very hot room

I recently stayed four nights at Ibis Styles Bezons. Overall there were more disappointments than surprises. Its best qualities were its location at the end of the T2 tram line with its easy connection to La Defence and the RER/ metro system in and out of central Paris. It had also only been opened in 2024 so things were in good condition. The bedroom was small but the en suite large enough and was well appointed. The other major plus was the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom. However there were negatives. On the first night I asked the management for another coathanger and another hand towel. We had five hangers in total and one hand towel ( plus two bath towels ) for friends sharing a twin room. This request was never met. Secondly, we arrived around 8 - 9 pm and wanted to have a drink in the hotel lobby. Using the drink bar menu on the counter we asked for a glass of prosecco. There was none. Then a red wine and I dont think that could be supplied so we requested what could. In the end we ended up with a white and a rose wine from a bottle in the restaurant which was already open. The choice was very limited.

The next morning we went to breakfast. The vending machine serving coffee broke down so only tea was available and it took some time to order the hot water for that. The food available was ok. On the second morning, there were no cups of mugs available and we were told to drink out of cereal bowls. No bread or fruit left after a coach party left.

Difficile de noter la qualité de notre séjour puisque nous avons été délogés donc nuit d'hôtel annulée et je n'ai pu prendre connaissance de cette information que à mon arrivée à l'hôtel. On nous demande d'aller dans un autre hôtel a pied ! (Sous la pluie) Et vu que l'hôtel n'avait pas eu de mes nouvelles ils ont jugé que je n'avais pas besoin de prise en charge de transport. Hallucinant !! Donc très dessus de l'hôtel et de sa manière de gérer les délogements...

Un hôtel que je recommande par son accessibilité un personnel agréable. Petit bémol cette fois ci le petit déjeuner pas top des viennoiseries trop cuites une salade de fruit qui a tourné. Un effort à faire sur ce point

An sich war ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt.

Jedoch kam ich nach meinem Party Abend um 5 Uhr morgens wieder im Hotel An und stand vor geschlossen Türen?? Ich habe mehrmals in der Lobby angerufen keiner ist dran gegangen.
Am Ende hat sich herausgestellt dass der Herr von der Rezeption oben das Frühstück vorbereitet hat. Das geht überhaupt nicht dann sollte man darauf achten dass zwei Personen die gleiche Schicht haben.. 45 Minuten stand ich im Regen

The property is ok but I had to pay extra fees so it’s better and cheaper to just pay and book on site.
The room was clean but very small no closet no table some tray and a chair.( for the price you pay you could get a Novotel higher hand).
Very noisy .
Breakfast was very good, but please stop putting curry in everything ( the chicken links had curry)…
The staff was very nice.
We had a good experience but for the quality of the space we could have book a Novotel…
