Was good but could have been been great with free breakfast.
Pros:

Loved everything but I think that free breakfast would have been great. Both Hilton , Marriott had free breakfast. Also the pool was not ideal 3ft witn tons of kids. Me and my wife didn’t enjoy it at all.

My wife and I felt like we were on a wonderful vacation though we stayed only one night. We will return.
Pros:

Very homey yet upscale. Security was on-point

Cons:

Location was a bit difficult but not a deal breaker

Nice and comfortable just too expensive to park there

The bathroom door was very hard to move my daughter was stuck for 5 min I couldn’t even move it
The parking was $65 for one day which was crazy to me if I knew that I would’ve parked somewhere else

Great place to stay for a short trip and need to be downtown. For longer trips look in other area
Pros:

Hotel itself was great! Beautiful property! Loved that it was so new and updated. Beds were comfy. Close to the interstate for ease in traveling around the area. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. Very accommodating of early check in request and preferences in the room.

Cons:

Didn't really like the espresso only option in the room. No one mentioned complimentary coffee in the lobby at check in but found that out late in our stay. It was mediocre coffee. Parking is very expensive - valet is the only option at $59/day and then adding in tips. We chose to park in a garage two blocks over for $25/day but it had no in and out options. Parking on the street was sometimes available if we were just going to the room for a bit. We did find a lot on the last day for $10/day that allowed for in and out. Rooms do not have microwaves only a fridge. When we inquired - they offered to bring one to the room on request. Had to request it four times in one day to actually get it to our room. The few times we were promised something was going to be brought to our room it never was. Very disappointing considering this elite property and the rate of the rooms. We found we could have stayed in an area outside of downtown and it would have accommodated our needs better. Cost of parking would have also been substantial savings.

Lovely stay in downtown fortworth
Pros:

That it was very close to downtown including the stockyards. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. The view from the rooftop was amazing.

Cons:

The cost of the valet was expensive.

Nice hotel room, terrible service

Cons:

Breakfast was not included. On both mornings of my stay it took the hotel staff at breakfast 10 minutes to let me know that the food I ordered wasn’t available. When I ordered a replacement, it either wasn’t available either (after another 10 minute wait to let me know), or it never arrived after ordering, or they brought the wrong thing. As a result I was late to a meeting one day, and the other morning went without food because it never arrived. There was also a mixup at checkin in which I was given someone else’s room, which was a confusing and strange experience, and my room also was not cleaned during my stay. This led to the overall impression that the hotel has fundamental problems with their level of service. Other than this the hotel was very nice and the staff were mostly friendly.

The interior décor of the hotel is really nice — super modern and charming. I loved the library downstairs, the pool library and the rooftop bar. Everything is beautifully designed. The beds are comfortable

Cons:

The exterior of the hotel is quite unattractive, and the housekeeping service leaves something to be desired.

They say they offer free toiletries, but there was absolutely nothing in the room. I had to ask for a hairdryer at the front desk, and there were no cotton swabs, no toothbrushes — nothing at all. When I went downstairs to ask for two toothbrushes for me and my son, since we had forgotten ours, the attendant came back saying they only had one left.

Speaking of housekeeping, on the day we arrived and went to take a shower, the body wash dispenser was completely empty. We ended up using a small bar of soap instead. The next morning, we left the empty body wash bottle out on the sink so the housekeeping staff would see it and replace it. After they came, the bottle had been moved to a different spot — but it was still empty. I had to go down to the front desk once again to ask them to refill the body wash dispenser.

Pros:

Only downsides were the front doors should have either been automatic or had a doorman. It was hard to get in and out with luggage. Mattress was not very comfortable. Everything else was very nice!
