Exceptional Team! Super clean and close to DT FT.W center.
Pros:

Loved the staff! They were very personable and helpful. Great laughs all around too. Location was ideal! Super clean and new hotel.

Was good but could have been been great with free breakfast.
Pros:

Loved everything but I think that free breakfast would have been great. Both Hilton , Marriott had free breakfast. Also the pool was not ideal 3ft witn tons of kids. Me and my wife didn’t enjoy it at all.

My wife and I felt like we were on a wonderful vacation though we stayed only one night. We will return.
Pros:

Very homey yet upscale. Security was on-point

Cons:

Nice and comfortable just too expensive to park there

Cons:

The bathroom door was very hard to move my daughter was stuck for 5 min I couldn’t even move it
The parking was $65 for one day which was crazy to me if I knew that I would’ve parked somewhere else

Great place to stay for a short trip and need to be downtown. For longer trips look in other area
Pros:

Hotel itself was great! Beautiful property! Loved that it was so new and updated. Beds were comfy. Close to the interstate for ease in traveling around the area. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. Very accommodating of early check in request and preferences in the room.

Cons:

Didn't really like the espresso only option in the room. No one mentioned complimentary coffee in the lobby at check in but found that out late in our stay. It was mediocre coffee. Parking is very expensive - valet is the only option at $59/day and then adding in tips. We chose to park in a garage two blocks over for $25/day but it had no in and out options. Parking on the street was sometimes available if we were just going to the room for a bit. We did find a lot on the last day for $10/day that allowed for in and out. Rooms do not have microwaves only a fridge. When we inquired - they offered to bring one to the room on request. Had to request it four times in one day to actually get it to our room. The few times we were promised something was going to be brought to our room it never was. Very disappointing considering this elite property and the rate of the rooms. We found we could have stayed in an area outside of downtown and it would have accommodated our needs better. Cost of parking would have also been substantial savings.
