Fijne kamers, service moet beter.
Pros:

Prima hotelkamers, fijn bed

Cons:

Bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat het zwembad en de rooftop niet toegankelijk waren die dag ivm een privé feest. Ik vind dat dat echt niet kan; als je bij een hotel boekt moet je ook van de faciliteiten gebruik kunnen maken. Het zwembad bleek nadat we er zelf naar toe gingen, wel toegankelijk ?? Eerste nacht geluidsoverlast van muziek buiten. Koffiebekers op de kamer niet aangevuld en een vies glas niet vervangen.

Enjoyed spending my birthday weekend there.
Pros:

Staff was great, comfy bed, clean room, Annex was cool, love the decor

Cons:

The shower is an accident waiting to happen. The slick marble tile floor is show is very dangerous. I almost slipped & fell. It gets super slick when wet, especially with soap/shampoo. There’s also no actual hand rail to hold on to inside shower. I had to grab onto the edge of the corner shelf & shower door handle.

Exceptional Team! Super clean and close to DT FT.W center.
Pros:

Loved the staff! They were very personable and helpful. Great laughs all around too. Location was ideal! Super clean and new hotel.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind, seriously!

Was good but could have been been great with free breakfast.
Pros:

Loved everything but I think that free breakfast would have been great. Both Hilton , Marriott had free breakfast. Also the pool was not ideal 3ft witn tons of kids. Me and my wife didn’t enjoy it at all.

My wife and I felt like we were on a wonderful vacation though we stayed only one night. We will return.

Very homey yet upscale. Security was on-point
