Really enjoyed our stay here. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

The property was clean- rooms would be cleaned daily. Staff on reception were really helpful and polite when we asked for information/ help. Spacious room, with clean bed. Gorgeous modern good sized bathroom. You could easily catch the bus to stockyards (everyone was very helpful with bus passes) and was near the train station. Nice outdoor area with pool, was always clean & lots of beds & towels available.
Easy use of aircon.

Cons:

Sometimes we wouldn’t get a full re-stock of milk, coffee pods etc but if we asked they would always bring us some.

I would not choose this place again
Pros:

Great pool , nice beds, excellent air conditioning,lovely shower and products. Valet staff super helpful and friendly, as well as the chef.

Cons:

No table or desk. Only two towels for a 3 people. No regular creamer for coffee. Although hotel and 11th floor did not appear to be full AT ALL,
we were given a room the farthest from the elevator-the clerk checking us in was not friendly . I suspect that there is sometimes a stigma / penance? with third party booking utilization. As my grandchildren commented- FAKE BOUGIE.
