do not stay here
Pros:

the hotel cancelled my appointment without telling me. they had no vacancy as well. which alludes that they rent the room i initially rented a week prior to someone else. the service was absent. what makes it worse, as i pulled in - i was getting notifications from hotels.com - asking me how my check in was.

i demanded a refund from the hotel and they processed a “request” - refund gas not been given

Pros:

I went to check in at late night the guy at the reception answered even at that time and he helped me a lot.
my card is keeps declining so i try to talk with the bank but they are unresponsive because it is too late. young skinny guy in the office given me room even with the partial payment. i owe him a lot because he helped this single women in the midnight.

I went there and there was no room for me but you already charged my credit card. Your company did very poor job which is nothing to do with the hotel.

Pros:

The young guy staffing the desk overnight was wonderfully responsive after a late (1-2am) arrival. It seems like they have an employee room for overnights and he showed up to check us in within a few minutes.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself is pretty disgusting. Trash all around the building and grounds, general grime, the roof is in a shambles, there's an unsecured storage area in plain view filled with old broken furniture, etc.

Our room (208) had a strong smell of cigarettes and mold, causing an allergy flareup for both of us. There was exposed wiring sticking out of the wall for an old fire alarm. The floor was dirty/unvacuumed. The bathroom was literally caked with mold and black disgusting grout; we did not shower here. The trash hadn't even been taken out.

Stay here if you're gonna die of exhaustion, otherwise find a cheap chain hotel with standards.
