Location and newness of the building.
Staff was rude. We were there for our 1 year anniversary and were told that they had no extra pillows the first night. Then we we asked for tissues as our box was depleted and they said they ran out. Then on a Saturday evening we went to get a bottled water only to be told they ran out of bottled water. Then Sunday morning both coffee machines had out of order signs on them. For the price we paid we are very disappointed

The bed was so comfortable and the location was great.
The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were so salty I couldn't eat them and everything was cold at 8:30. Like they put it out at 7 with no warm up. The server/utility room on our floor had a constant beeping noise.
Great location. Room was nice and spacious. Pool open late until midnight.
Walls seemed thin. Could hear lots of people talking in the hallway and the room next to us. We were on the 1st floor next to the outside door and it would slam all night long

My room was not cleaned and prepared on the second day

You had to use your key card to turn on the main lights and they only issued one card. When my husband left the room with the card, the lights would turn off. Also they had no extra pillows for comfort.
Their breakfast was very good and the coffee. The pool was on the small side and no hot tub. Place was clean and great location.
Nothing to complain about.
