Upsetting.
Pros:

Beds were nice.

Cons:

I booked one of the rooms because of the accessible tub for my mother, but when we got there, there were no tubs available. We only booked that room for the tub for my mother. And when told they didn't have what we booked, they didn't offer us any other rooms. So we paid an arm and a leg for a room with a tub with NO tub. I find that false advertising.

Pros:

The property was wonderful. Very clean and staff was very nice. The plus was the hotel was near the airport.

Cons:

It would have been helpful if the hotel had a shuttle. Unfortunately, we were too close to the airport that a taxi wouldn’t pick us up. I am old school, I don’t do Uber or Lyft. So we (2 female seniors) walked the 20 minutes to get to the airport at 5:00 a.m.
