Disappointed
Pros:

I’ve called and tried to talk to someone. I arrived to check in after midnight there were 3 cop cars and a fire truck at the entrance I was alone with my son 10years old. Lobby employee said everyone was okay. He asked me for my id and stated they should called me cause the room I booked was not available. I said I’m alone with my wine what is available. He said only a kk g suite which was a lot more. He said he couldn’t give a discount or honor the price booking has for the single bed and wanted me to pay over $100 more. I told him I couldn’t. He said he would cancel the reservation and make sure I got a refund. I asked for a receipt or something saying he would honor the refund since it was not my fault. He said he couldn’t do that to reach out to booking .com. I tried but I had to drive around with my son to 4 different hotels and finally at 2am found a room. This was a really scary experience and I expect my full refund.

Cons:

The customer service and how the loony employee was not empathetic to me and my son walking in with all our stuff in the middle of the night. I believe they should have honored d my reservation o told them o could share a bed with my son

I was only staying one night since it was a quick travel to attend my father in laws funeral services. All we needed was

It was clean & updated.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin. The room above us & next door, had young kids. That’s fine, I have no issue with children, but you could hear the crying & running around as if it was happening in our room. It was very difficult to go back to sleep until things settled down. This aspect was a disappointment.

I come to this hotel to visit my grandkids. It could use updating of play equipment in courtyard

Good place to stay before an early flight.
Pros:

Clean new and close to the airport. It was not noisy at all and the area was less industrial than usual for airport, but probably not great for window shopping or restaurants. The food at the restaurant was good and they had a nice outdoor area to hangout.

It was a little sterile but clean and new.

Yay! Beautiful hotel that's dog friendly!
Pros:

Staff was exceptional on our arrival and we were tired from a 13 hour flight with 2 pups. They have 2 attached dog parks and the beds and rooms are super comfortable. Great value and they have coffee in the rooms. We really liked staying here and when we end up in Burbank again we'll have a redo! Even without the pups!
